Important Information
Package Holidays and Flight's departing after 1st November 2015 are not accessible on Manage My Booking. We are working on a brand new Manage My Booking Site which we hope to have live as soon as possible. For any changes, amendments or to make payments please contact our call centre.

You can use Manage My Booking to make many changes to your booking, including:
• Payments
• Adding extras

If you need to print your e-ticket, or you need another copy of your email confirmation, log-in to MyThomson.

Cruise bookings and travel shop bookings
You can’t use Manage My Booking if you’ve booked a cruise, ski or Lakes & Mountains holiday, or you booked your holiday in one of our travel shops. For information about your holiday, log-in to MyThomson.


Booking reference

Please enter the booking reference shown on your holiday confirmation (e.g.1234/56789). If you need any help, please call us on 0844 871 8149 (Calls cost 5p per minute plus network extras).

Lead passenger surname

Please enter the surname only of the lead passenger on your booking. You can find out who the lead passenger is on your confirmation email or invoice.

Departure date

Please enter the date you’re due to travel. If you’ve booked accommodation without a flight, please enter your check-in date.
