Cruise bookings and travel shop bookings
You can’t use Manage My Booking if you’ve booked a cruise, ski or Lakes & Mountains holiday, or you booked your holiday in one of our travel shops. For information about your holiday, log-in to MyThomson.

Flight bookings and package holidays booked for departures after 1st November 2015 are not accessible on Manage My Booking yet, so please contact the call centre.

Booking reference

Please enter the booking reference shown on your holiday confirmation (e.g.1234/56789). If you need any help, please call us on 0844 871 8149 (Calls cost 5p per minute plus network extras).

Lead passenger surname

Please enter the surname only of the lead passenger on your booking. You can find out who the lead passenger is on your confirmation email or invoice.
