GREAT place good standard ideal location fab really
Been here twice now and will be coming back, staff brilliant, location excellent , facilitys are well maintained and very clean 5 star
This is a nice motel in a fab location on i drive. Room has everything you need ie coffee maker, fridge, microwave, iron and ironingboard. Rooms were cleaned everyday and nothing was too much trouble for cleaning staff. Do not book breakfasts like we did as you can get much better and more choice on i drive. The only down side were there were no free buses to disney where most of the other hotels ran them and if you wanted free buses to universal or seaworld you had to book up well in advance. but if you go outside the motel 5 minute walk you can get the i trolley buses which will take you to most places for $1 or the lynx bus no 42 for $1.50 we had a great time in florida but i will go else where when we go back
This hotel caters for everything and much, much more for Orlando.Location: Superb - International drive is the best place to stay in Orlando without doubt and Quality inn Int'l offers you the best spot on the strip. 24 hour pharmacy/shops and restaurants within a stones throw from the hotel and gives you an immediate turn off to I4 which will take you anywhere within Florida. Wet and Wild is a short walk away and shuttles to Universal take all of 10 minutes. Also a quick mention for people without cars on holiday - The I-Ride service has a stop outside the hotel, these buses cover every inch of International drive and run every 15 minutes.Rooms: If your like me then you spend very little time in the day in your room - however one day we was room bound on account of torrential rain and the rooms are of a very good standard. All the amenities listed above, comfortable beds and a very good maid service.Hotel services: The staff at Quality Inn International are more then helpful and friendly. Within the lobby you have the Apothecary restaurant which looked very nice, Guest services for attraction information, discounts and tickets and a convenience store. In addition to that, the lobby offers free Wireless internet access that saved me a huge amount on contacting home as I took my laptop on holiday.
The location of this hotel is great as it's in the middle of International Drive - this means we were close to the Parks and all the night time activities (wet and wild was actually a 10 minute walk from our hotel). There were 2 swimming pools, the children at this resort tended to use the bigger one which left the smaller pool for adults to have their peace and quiet! There were 2 restaurants in the hotel and our favorite was the all you could eat for 10 $10 restaurant. There was a good variety of food including vegtables and salad, every kind of meat and vegetarian options, which made a lovely alternative to the many steak houses along international drive. There was a games room for children, a small grocery store (which was very handy) and a souveneir shop. There was also an ATM in the lobby which was very handy. The only critisisms I would have about this hotel was that if you were located at the back of the hotel (as we were) the view was of a car park not the nice lawn and pool other guest enjoyed, it also meant you could hear cars and buses coming and going at night, which made resting and relaxing in the room a bit difficult at times. Also the buses to the disney parks were not free, which was unusual. They were $12 per person which when you consider there are 4 disney parks took a good chunk out of spending money. The staff were friendly and very helpul, nothing was too much trouble. Overall I felt this hotel was great value for money and it's location made visiting parks and trying the wide variety of restaurants and enterntainment on International Drive very easy. The hotel also had any information you wanted on the parks, including maps and bus schedules and also information on shows and restaurants. I was given a very handy tip upon arrival, do not use the hotel room to phone home, instead use the phones in the hotel lobby which are much cheaper.
