Stayed for a week with breakfast and evening meal. The room was clean and the maids came everyday and tidied up, the balcony was a little small with no table which would have been nice. The room was simple but modern and the bathroom was finished nicely. The food was good value for what we paid, always plenty to eat and we never went hungry considering we dont eat meat, however is would still be nice to see more vegan options. The staff were all very friendly and polite and Aguero, a member of management was always around and constantly checking that everyone was okay and enjoying themselves. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the centre which had plenty of shops and restaurants. There was a lot of shouting and beaconing to go in to these places however that is what you expect in a resort such as that, and it did not ruin anything for us at all. The town is lively in the evening and is enjoyable to wonder around and look at all the lights and signs of the stores.More
In general this was a lovely hotel tho the evening buffet was a little disappointing and my daughter and I ate out on 4 evenings out of the 6 we were catered for , The buffet breakfast was very adequate with omelettes, pancakes and poached and fried eggs cooked freshly to individual request.. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms and cleaning were very good.More
Classic English Style Resort
There are many friendly and humorous staff members here. They sit down and chat, poke fun, laugh at themselves... One member of staff was too touchy-feely for our liking but thankfully, he laid off after the first two days. The others were just fantastic. The room was compact (the shower too small for my liking) but clean and well presented. The pool area was decently sized and contained plenty of sunbeds (although we visited early september and was apparently the quieter part of the season). The area began to see sun around 9am and the last patch of sun disappeared at 5pm. The buffet food, I was not too impressed by. There was plenty of choice but just not to my liking. e.g. the fruit was dripping in syrup, the butter tasteless, the jacket potato undercooked, the hot holding trays set at too low a temperature... not bad enough to ruin the holiday or anything but I feel that £10 for dinner was a tad steep and they should re-think the breakfast options. The poolside lunchtime food was better priced and tasted good. But Turkish mayonnaise also lacks flavour! The entertainment was ok. The michael jackson perfofmer was very good but the show only lasted half an hour. There was a strange contest for one of the guests to be named mr pine valley. A staff strip show which was pretty funny, an acrobatic performer who was pretty impressive. Over all, the staff make this a place that you want to come back to and many of the staff have been there for years. We met many regular customers too and had a laugh with them. The local area is not for me. Constant harassment as you walk down the street, too expensive (as the entire area is basically an english resort), food not great and very loud with bars competing for trade with their music. More
Great Stay! Great Hotel!
We arrived at the Hotel in the early hours of the Morning. We were greeted by very nice staff, very welcoming and helpful. Shown to our room which was on the ground floor slide pool area. The room was nicely done out and very clean. We had a twin room, beds were comfortable and shower was great! Your mini bar is stocked daily and any consumed items will be added to your bill. The room was cleaned everyday and we had fresh towels and bedding daily. There is not much storage in the way of draws and it could do with a shelf or 2 in the bathroom. There is also a lack of plugs sockets, not a problem though. Just take 3 or 4 plug adaptor. These are the only few very minor things i could fault. the rest is great! The pool bar and both pools are well run and nicely kept. The lower pool has 3 water slides and the kids club. There is also the Turkish Bath on that level too. The main pool area is very nice with plenty of sunbeds, It is all kept very clean and tidy. We never ate in the Hotel despite being bed and breakfast, our breakfast just consists of lots of tea and coffee. I can however say that the food did always look good and we never heard any complaints, only compliments. The hotel runs on a key card system, you just give your card in to be scanned whenever you buy something at the bars and the onsite shop. You can clear your bill at any time, your card will allow you to build a bill to the value of 450TL. No need to carry cash around the complex with you. As with most things we buy, just keep your receipts until your final bill at checkout. The very hard working staff really make this hotel great. They go above and beyond to make your stay brilliant. The bar, kitchen and resaurant staff work very hard and very long hours each day, yet they always had a smile and and a good morning for you. Fantastic staff in general from our housekeeper and the gardeners. All great!!! To round things off, I would most definitely stay here again. It is a hotel for all ages, young and old will feel very welcome and looked after. Thank You all very much for our superb stay. I❤PV More

Just arrived back from Pine Valley. The hotel is situated near the centre. The hotel was clean, well maintained and the decor was modern. We stayed B&B, the food was lovely, choice was ok but if you're looking for a full english, you wont get it here nor in most hotels in Turkey. Rooms where modern, spacious and cleaned daily. AC worked with no issues. Flat screen TV and a minibar is allocated to every room. I would consider staying here again. More
