Ali Bey Resort

This place knows how to impress, with a beach, a waterpark and à la carte restaurants among its standout features.

The pool scene here takes in a huge lagoon pool and a waterpark with a section for adults and another for children. On the dining front, there’s a Turkish à la carte and a romantic seafood place.

The hotel’s location is spot on for exploring Side, which is only 5 minutes away by bus. Lots of people prefer to walk there, though – just head out onto the beach and enjoy the 25-minute stroll.

You need to come here!!!

My dad, little brother (9 years old) and I visited Ali Bey Resort in Sorgun from June 12th until the 16th. The purpose of this vacation was not just to have our typical summer trip but to also have some resting time. Having recently lost my mom, we wanted to get a piece of mind while allowing my little brother to have some fun too. Ali Bey Resort was definitely the right choice. My dad and little brother had visited the year before and this year, it didn't let us down either. We enjoyed the enormous pools, went down the slides plenty of times, put our feet in the sand, drank a few cocktails and beers while also enjoying plenty of ice creams. The room was great and food was always pleasing but out of everything, it was the people who were working here that made the difference. Mert and Oktay got my dad to play soccer for the first time after 20 years. Yunus and Slyvia kept my brother entertained as clown during mini disco but also took him on adventures such as picking tomatoes, strawberries and melons at the organic farm on the resort. Emma was a smiling face around the resort always ready to translate, play darts or even act in the spectacular shows that took place at night. Tini gave me an awesome spa experience while my dad and little brother used the hamam one day. We even had time to get a haircut for my little brother. I also can't forget to mention the great servers but unfortunately there were so many that I cant list all of their names. This hotel is incredible. To anyone reading this, don't even think twice. Go ahead and make your reservations. I know that the political issues between Turkey and other countries have slowed business down for this place but it doesn't deserve that. Come and enjoy yourself while also ensuring that this resort continues to serve us in the many years ahead.More

Nadin K,

Luxury hotel with emphasise on personal detail. Service in all areas first class from the cleanliness to the exceptional food choice. Bedrooms top notch and the mini bar is refilled daily at no extra cost, A feel bonus as they provide soft and alcoholic drinks. Never used kids club but people I spoke to all felt it provided a safe fun and educational safe place. Animation team great lots of activities and not pressurised to join in, from darts, quizzes, midday cocktail games were having fun is main priority. Big thank you to Emma, oktay and mert. Evening shows are totally proffesional with something for everyone. The snack bars are truly delicious from pancakes, waffles, cakes, and such a wide variety all served quickly and with a smile. The location is 20 mins from side and many trips to choose from. We went on boat trip were once again were felt looked after. The gardens of Ali bey are a delight, lush green and flowers in abundance, the pools clean and something for everyone. All staff attentive and a credit to hotel. The only negative comment is the hotel is not full and I feel this lets the experience of the overall holiday down. For it impacts on the atmosphere, this may be due to people feeling it is not safe to go or the pricing of the holiday. I would say we felt totally safe yet do feel this hotel needs to reduce prices to be more compatible in a market that is struggling. We would definitely return.More

Luxury 5* week

My mum and I have just got back from a one week visit to Ali Bey. It. Was. Fantastic. We have been to other hotels in Turkey but this has made me feel the happiest, although it was extremely empty and therefore the atmosphere isn't as great as other hotels (the price should be knocked down for this) we were lucky with the amount of people we met and spoke to. Food, tick. Incredible choice, lots of different restaurants to choose from throughout the day for lunch and snack, two a la cartes and a buffet that you cannot ask for more from, even a man making sushi fresh there. Entertainment BIG TICK, this was the best I have seen in all hotels, the animation team are incredible, a big shout out to Emma, Ilona and Salih who made the trip especially brilliant and personalised. We took part in lots of the daytime activities such as Darts, the Cocktail Game which is different everyday and Boccia, however there were plenty more to choose from. The evening entertainment was great, music quizzes, dance shows, parties and musicals. ONE thing I would like to complain about is, we heard they changed the order of the shows the week before so that the owners could see shows such as the Lion King (which is meant to be fantastic) then due to this we didn't see the show in our week. I think that was unfair and the management need to realise guests are more important than the owners. The room was stunning, we were allocated one double bed but on arrival they asked if we would prefer two twins and changed it no problem! There was a plentiful mini bar in the room, dressing gowns, a lovely balcony and toiletries galore. Be prepared to walk a lot throughout the hotel as big place but you can always call a golf buggy if you struggle with walking and they will happily take you wherever you wish. I only have a couple of tiny negatives to be wary of, 1. the location of this hotel, although it's really easy to call up a taxi to go into Side or catch a bus, it would have been lovely to have some sort of promenade outside so you can walk down as other hotels have. 2. (very tiny one but should warn) be careful when walking in toilets and hallways after they have been cleaned, as all floor is marble, cleaners sometimes do not dry it and the amount of times I nearly lost my footing was incredible. Overall, this place has something for children, couples, mums and daughters alike and no one can be bored here! The only thing I would say is this hotel needs to drop it's price if it wants to continue running due to how empty it now is. Thank you Ali BeyMore

Brilliant Resort! Definitely above any expectations!

It was a fabulous holiday in the Alibey Resort Sorgun! Everything is very clean, green, tasty and just fabulous! We were with the kids. There is a great baby club Mima. Our both girls (on of 6 and the other of 2 years old) were very happy being there as they have activities and toys for any age. The team of baby club is just great! Very talented, positive and they adore kids! For the birthday of one of our girls, they made her a surprise with songs, special cake and present! She was very very happy! Their guest relation team is just perfect! Special thank to Mr.Mehmet for organising the birthday cake and the birthday evening at the restaurant for our birthday girl!! We appreciate a lot that he found by himself the picture with Elsa and the restaurant team prepared the most delicious cake with Elsa from Frozen cartoon (as she dreamt of)! and it was free of charge. Everything was very very well organised. Our girl was just the happiest on her birthday! The restaurant personnel is very attentive and very nice. Always taking care of their clients. THANK YOU for making our holiday amazing, for making our kids special and happy! We will definitely come here again!More
