This place knows how to impress, with a beach, a waterpark and à la carte restaurants among its standout features.
The pool scene here takes in a huge lagoon pool and a waterpark with a section for adults and another for children. On the dining front, there’s a Turkish à la carte and a romantic seafood place.
The hotel’s location is spot on for exploring Side, which is only 5 minutes away by bus. Lots of people prefer to walk there, though – just head out onto the beach and enjoy the 25-minute stroll.

The hotel is nice but the employees do not speak English so it is very hard to communicate with them. The housekeeping services are very bad, we stayed one week and our sheets were changed only once. Also they clean the rooms in the afternoon so it is very hard to take a nap. However the pools are very nice, aqua park also nice.More
I am glad to say that I can report on an hotel that is not a dump. This is what I expect from an hotel, the people who work there are simply divine, the food is super, the rooms are a treat. There is not one bad word I can say about this hotel. You can always tell when an hotel is ok because the senior managers walk around, talking to guests , making sure all is ok. The best part is the patisserie, brilliant, sandwiches made whilst you wait, just like a subway, and a whole load of cakes and sweet stuff, just to make the holiday you wanted. I give this hotel 10 out of 10. and thank the staff for making my holiday a success. More

Luxury hotel in a green environment
we stayed at the hotel for 13 days in April with 2 familys, in total 8 persons of which 3 children. the family rooms are very comfortable divided in 2 floors with 2 bathrooms. the rooms are clean and beautifull decorated in ottoman style, as the concept of the hotel. The hotel is in one word luxurious, every ingredients is available to have a holiday with capital H. The restaurants/ food in the main restaurant and other cafe/ snackplaces are very good, there is a variety of food throughout the day served in different places. Therefore there is no cue at all for food, except at the beachbar we waited a couple of times more than average for our delivery. Also worth to try is the Ottomon ala carte restaurant, treat yourself with luxury by being served and not to walk through the buffet menu. the food is high standard culinear The heated pool in this hotel is a very very plus. other pools are very convenient as well as they are large, therefore hurry in the morning to catch a sunny place is unnecessary. if u use a app to track ur steps, ur at the best place. the setting of the hotel is very very big, it is green and u will definitely enjoy a walk in the hotel, you can easily walk for like 15-20 minutes. the sportfacility within the hotel is not all inclusive, the fitness center is not for free, which a min. however Ufuk bey is wellinformed about all sportequipments The animation team is very good, throughout the day the miniclub for the kids has a variety of activities, and each night there is a special show like lion king, danceshow, madonna show, michael jackson, all performed by international young talents. we really enjoyed each show. We would like to congratulate the hotel direction for managing the hotel in this way, creating such a culture for each employees where they each of them is very friendly, helpfull, smiling and enjoying the work they do. Special thanks to the following people: Mujgan hanim - Nazende bar, she was very very very very friendly and remembered all our drinks. Sefa bey - Nazende bar, a really friendly managing chef. Sedat bey - Waiter @ Main restaurant, veryyy friendly and helpfull to find a table for our big family. Hasan bey - Beach cafe, the managing chef of the beach cafe was very helpful, and also remembered the specific salad of one of us ordered every day. Zeynep and Yunus - Animation team, they were the best for our kids, thanks to Yunus we felt our abs from laughing! Murat bey - Main restaurant, the omelette chef which made a delicious omelette each morning. The chef men with blue eyes standing next to the soups within the main restaurant. The very friendly handsome men with half lang hair, waiter in main restaurant, Peymane bar and the bar near the heated pool. The very friendly men who is senior waiter of peymane bar who worked for 5 seasons and is his last season. Last but not least the Beverage Managing Director, 1 of the 5 directors in the hotel. We had the luck to have a friendly talk with him a couple of times, and he welcomed us at the ottomon restaurant. thank you ali bey resort, we are looking forward to your maledives resort! balak familyMore
We stayed for one week during October 2016. The hotel was quiet empty during this time. Overall it has been a very positive experience, the whole resort is in very good shape and very clean. It is difficult to find negative points, all was as expected from the pictures seen upfront. The tennis courts (49 courts, 4 inside the resort and 45 close by and connected via shuttle) are very good, even though floodlights would be nice to have. The food was good and providing a certain variety.More
Great hotel, lovely garden, perfect tennis courts, super pool & beach
We came to this resort for a tennis week with our Swiss club with 18 people. Although half of the houses were already closed, the resort was nicely lively but not crowded. The room we had was OK and offered sufficient space where to put our clothing, but too small for a 5* and we found out that we should have asked for a 36 sqm room which would have been much bigger. Basically, everything is nice in the room but there was just 1 chair to sit so both of us couldn't have sat down. Then we had hardly any sun on the balcony and in October it was already cool and humid at night so our wet sports clothes didn't dry, until we asked for an infrared heater - actually because of the cool room temperature at night - and put our wet clothes in front of it to be dried. 3 times out of 7 there was no warm water at 7 a.m. so we had to call reception to fix the problem. The bathrom offered a very slippery and unpractical bath tub to take showers in. The garden, pools and beach were excellent, however, there could have been more deck chairs as most were "reserved" and hardly any were free. The main restaurant was very nice, the personnel was very friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. The hotel is quite far from the next town so we had to take a taxi each time to go there (2 x 8 EUR per trip).More
