Ali Bey Resort

This place knows how to impress, with a beach, a waterpark and à la carte restaurants among its standout features.

The pool scene here takes in a huge lagoon pool and a waterpark with a section for adults and another for children. On the dining front, there’s a Turkish à la carte and a romantic seafood place.

The hotel’s location is spot on for exploring Side, which is only 5 minutes away by bus. Lots of people prefer to walk there, though – just head out onto the beach and enjoy the 25-minute stroll.

Fantastic week would highly recommend !

Reception were welcoming and efficient. Room was super clean, everything was sooo luxurious, mini bar in your room is stocked with beer (The beer is Tuborg - which in London is very rare indeed and very tasty), wine and soft drinks and snacks :) Jacuzzi in the bath! Beds were really big and comfortable. Food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! ridiculous amount of choice, even for vegetarians! If you like a late lunch we would recommend going down to the restaurant by the beach Mehtabe bar - Hassan will look after you brilliantly. He also looked after us for the €9 per person incredible fish dinner watching the sun go down at the Al Le Carte restaurant which is well worth the money. At breakfast we were very well looked after by Coskun and Ilhan. And at dinner Hilmi was very brilliant. The entertainment team do a great job and we have to send a very special thanks to Sahli who makes such a big effort to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, regardless of your nationality, and we feel we have made a friend for life with him. Drinks were brilliant too - very well made and a good selection of cocktails. Erkhan on the main pool bar until 4.30 is a fantastic barman who genuinely cares about making new friends and making you feel welcome. (ask for his speciality drink - the sexy Erkhan). Pool and beach area very clean and the quiet pool is fab (16+ years only). They even bring you ice cold towels in the afternoon. Always sunbeds available. Staff were brilliant! always made you feel very special and super attentive! Lots of activities to do during the day and evening entertainment ;)More

Great hotel

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice facilities, great buffet, professional show. Kids loved the minimax club... Although there was a low occupation, everything was up and running, staff was friendly and helpful. Good hairdresser also. Only thing that could be better was wellness : Haman nicely decorated with towels, but therefore not accessible, no jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath not always hot enough. Still incredibly stay, we 'd love to come back.More

Iris V,

Fantastic Two Weeks

We have stayed in a lot of all inclusive hotels and this one is by far the best. Luxurious Rooms, attentive and friendly staff, lots of little 'extra touches' making us feel pampered. Yes the food can get a little repetitive in the buffet area but it is fabulous quality and we never struggled to find something tasty to eat. The hotel was just a little over half full and I could guess it might feel a bit more crowded at a higher capacity but there is loads of space. We walked along the beach past the Voyage where we had stayed before and it looked crammed, we were thankful for the space. The staff, from the receptionist when we booked in through to the lovely lady who brought the iced towels every afternoon were without exception, pleasant and helpful. The over bath shower was a little bit of a problem for my tall husband, but we used the one upstairs in our sons room, no problem. The in room wi fi was good, a blessing with a 15 year old in tow. Don't listen to the moaners, give it a try, its a lovely hotelMore

Definitely not 5*

i want to start this review off on a positive note as I've just returned for a family holiday that despite some disappointments I've enjoyed. We paid for 5* and feel the Ali bey did not deliver. The rooms were good for my husband and I and our two children aged 7 and 12. They were a good size with the children's room being upstairs. Downsides of the rooms being the blinds did not keep out the light seems silly but light flooding your room at 6am is not fun. the shower downstairs was no good for my husband either but he is 6 foot 4 so understandable And there was a shower and toliet upstairs which was handy for s family of 4. I would highly recommend the spa myself and my children had a Turkish bath which was amazing. Now my massive issue was with the food which in my option was extremely dissapointing and definitely not 5* standard not even close and very rapetative!! The service apart from when paying extra to eat al la cart was also not 5* I also had a problem with the photo team constantly trying to take pictures without my permission around the pool of my children In my opioion this is just not on! I have included some pictures of the food, beach and shower over the bath!!!More

On holiday now considering troubles in turkey not seen a rep would be nice to get some info hotel lovely really feel like a second citizen if your English Thompson look after your customers. After a private transfer to hotel let's be honest the price of the hotel you don't expect to be done by the taxi driver we paid 20 euros for 2 beers a Fanta and a water and then we were checking in he came in to say we owed another 5 euros the man that checked us in didn't bother to ask what happened just said we owed another 5 euros paid up as felt intimidated. Reception lets down this hotel waiters and bar staff really nice. Have to say a big thank u to the sandwich ladies so nice and helpful best staff in the hotel. To finish nice facilities but on whole not welcoming to English would not travel back to turkey wouldn't recommend hotelMore
