First off, asked for a room facing the pool, guess wot, got one, so far looking good. And now its starts, 9.00am every morning workers outside the apt, with small JCB digging up concrete and old tiled area finish 7.30pm everyday.so no going back to the room for a hours kip, cos you wont get one. They knew this was happening before i booked and never said a word. lets see what they come back with. Once again thanks for ruining my holidayMore
Lovely short break
Great short break with my daughter in half term. Room was great, we had a small but private balcony not a great view but it did get the sun all day. I would definitely stay again as location was great and we felt very safe.More
parque santiago 3
Apartments are more of a 2* not a 3* plus they are very out dated. We stayed in a studio apartment on the front across from the super market the balcony only got a bit of sun in one corner. Tiles on the balcony were cracked. On a better note the gardens and the pools are beautiful. More
Excellent experience with jet 2 and very good apartments and hotel service We wee given a room initially unsuitable for young children as there were steep internal stairs We asked for different accommodation and were given it immediately without any fuss More

Fab holiday again
Just returned from Parque Santiago v came same time last year and stayed in Parque Santiago 3. Think v is more suited to couples which was perfect for us. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was duplex style. Accommodation is clean and maids come in every day, location perfect near lovely restaurants and bars defo worth a visit.More
