Nice accommodation lots of steps
Accommodation is very nice, could do with a revamp on the bathrooms and there are lots of steps so be aware of this as no lifts to many of the floors. One of the best pools we have ever had and good childrens pools with slides etc. Gardens and communal areas are well maintained and cleaned.More
Good location for all restaurants and shops, requested a room change as original was facing road which was noisy at night and was given room overlooking the pool. Unfortunately started some work to one of the pool areas, this was at the end of the holiday, so not to much of a disruption.More
Lovely complex in fantastic location
Large complex but not noisy, staff are all friendly and helpful plus cleaning and maintenance of outside areas is constant . Location is great as easy access to promenade or shops/bars/restaurants and can walk in both directions into Playa de las Americas or Los CristianosMore
