Overdue for refurb
The apartments in parque 3 are in serious need of refurbishment in particular the beds and bathrooms, we where advised to book parque 4 by friends but even though we asked Jet2 to arrange this and emailed resort direct, we where dumped in parque 3More
Studio was disappointingly small; slide pool for children is great
We booked a studio for 2 adults and 1 child. I'm was too small Also, our studio room was on the side of the hotel by the Main Street and the restaurant across the road had ridiculously loud music until 11:30 every evening and the bass was booming from across the street Fortunately the slide pool for children is fantastic which partially made up for itMore

Stayed in Parque Santiago 1 in August for 4 nights. The location in perfect for walking around. Lot of bars restaurants and beaches all nearby. Most of the apartments are privately. owned so cleanliness etc may be very individual My only issue was with the pool bed. Not only do you have to pay for them but you ave to wait for the pool man to get them out and position them for you whcih can be quite time consuming on a busy day first thing in the morningMore
