Stayed for 2 weeks July 2015 with my 3 year old son.. Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, beautiful food, friendly staff, cleaners in every single day.. only downsides were the stairs (which there are lots of) and the salt water pools and the fact that there was no entertainment for the children. Apart from those 3 things I would highly recommend this hotel.More

WARNING. DO NOT BOOK UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THIS!!!!
We rented an apartment here on owners direct through a woman called Tina. Absolutely shocking. Toilet in en suite bedroom stunk of excrement, building work from 8am EVERY morning outside the door, 2 foot from the bed. Pool freezing and saltwater, staff rude and obnoxious. Dirty towels not replaced, pay extra for Sun beds round pool and umbrellas. Pool bed man was extremely arrogant and downright thuggish. When we spoke to Tina to ask to be moved she said she would try then didn't contact us back and ignored us constantly and would answer text, calls or emails. She has no customer skills herself and doesn't care about anyone or anything but her money. Even her daughter didn't care about the building work going on whilst she was there. One of the worst places ever and Tina is one to be avoided like a dose of the clap. Can't stress enough how much of a waste of money it will be if you book here with this woman. Save your money and get in a hotel or run for the hills...there are plenty of them here.More
Nice little apartments with all you need!
Clean rooms which were cleaned on daily basis. Perfect location to everything. Plenty of Restaurants around but be careful not many of them are great. The Restaurant self in hotel was amazing and the juices even better! I will go back there once I will be back in TenerifeMore

Loads to do all within walking distance
Stayed at parquet Santiago 3- playa de las Americas
Arrived with quick no fuss check in.
Studio clean and spacious with balcony over looking the kids water park.
Pools were brilliant, salt water not chlorine. Pool side bar not badly priced with pool table for kids. Evening 2 for 1 on drinks great idea although doesn't really get busy so tended to go underneath the complex to the shops/ bar instead.
loads of shops, souveniers. Free buses to attractions- we visited qua land and jungle park taking advantage of the twin ticket deal. Aqua land great for families with younger kids- sian park been better for teens.
Found a great English bar/resteraunt called Sufers just 5 mins up the road. Meals were fab, massive portions and very cheap (roughly 35euro for 3 meals and drinks)
Staff were friendly- cleaners made efforts to interact although there English is limited- made you feel welcome.
would definatly recommend to families wanting a central locationMore
