Just Spent a week in the Parqe Santiago 4. Our room was located on the top floor of the main tower with a huge balcony overlooking the pool, sea and resort. Fantastic! The rooms are of a decent size, adequately furnished but in need of some modernisation. Light bulbs are energy saving and inadequate. 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom located up a spiral staircase (bit of a pain) good storage in all rooms. The complex was always clean and very pleasant, the watermark in PS3 was fantastic and the kids couldn't get enough. I would not hesitate to go back again and look forward to visiting the complex again, I will however point out a couple of negatives....
PARKING: Next to impossible outside the complex or close by, I finally got a spot only to find my car aparantly stolen after 2 days.. Turns out it was towed away by the local mafia as the gas delivery van required access.. My car was parked with others, there was no sign, markings or any indication that this would happen. I was in a car parking bay but I think the rental car sticker gave them chance to earn a nice â¬101.00. Nice start to the holiday.
Once recovered I was told by the hotel I can buy parking under Parque Santiago 5 for £50... Pity they didn't tell me that sooner.
SUPERMARKET. It is impossible to buy food or drink from anywhere other than the complex shop. They have inflated the prices and you can expect to pay more than double what the hyper market charge.. EG Razor blade £7. Small 50g jar Coffee £4.50. 40 teabags £3. Bottle of water £2.50. Washing up liquid £2.70. Bottle coke £2.50. Bottle Malibu sun lotion £14.50. If your going self catering goto the hyper dino or hyper market near Parque Santiago 6.
BALCONEY. Amazing space and views but was full of pigeons and everything got covered in bird muck! You couldn't use it for fear of getting a covering...!
EXTRAS? Internet and safe where payable locally...
Dispie this we will go back but be aware of the parking and high prices ( go prepared) Wonderfull complex and located in a great part of the resort.More

Have been coming here for many years as a couple both ps3 and ps4, personally I prefer ps3 as I found the later a bit boring, if you have kids then for me it would be ps3, it has a great little water park for the kids think it opens about 11 o'clock and a kids pool, always enough sunbeds and access straight from the complex onto the promenade, nearest sandy beach is about 5 minutes walk and has a free gym. Rooms are a little dated but cleaned everyday and comfortable, staff excellent. Have only ever had one bad room here it was a top floor and the balcony looked across the landing into someone else's bathroom so always ask for a pool view now.
Small down side for some strange reason sometimes it is very expensive to book here, on the whole excellent self catering hotel.More

Very good apartments
Very clean and well equipped. Pool area is lovely. Poolside cafe/bar sells good snacks and small meals at reasonable prices. Will visit again. Only downside if you can call it that is paying â¬2.50 for a sun lounger. Very central in Las Americas. Room had all English TV channels as well as Sky Sports. More
