The Barcelo Corralejo Bay is an adults-only retreat with a great spa and a pair of pools. It's in a fantastic location, too - the bars and restaurants in the town centre are within arm's reach, and the sandy beach is a few minutes' stroll away.
The adults-only Barcelo Corralejo Bay is nestled in the heart of Corralejo. You’ve got shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep, and a sandy beach just a couple of minutes’ walk away. Better still, the hotel is surrounded by waxy palms and tropical shrubs, which give things a peaceful, private feel.
The greenery continues out by the swimming pools. There are two of them, and they’re shaded by glossy vines that line up along the water’s edge. Sunbeds and parasols dot the surrounding terrace, and there’s a bar out here, that’s well-stocked with drinks and snacks.
Elsewhere, you’ve got a tranquil spa that’s perfect for unwinding. Among the facilities on offer are a string of showers with different aromas, colours and music, a toning pool and a bubbling hot tub. Plus, you can enjoy treatments like a full body massage.

Such an amazing experience. The Barceló Hotel, Corralejo Bay, is stunning, exquisite food and service. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel and resort. We are lookingforward to returning next year. XxMore
Favourite hotel ever
Stayed at Barceló Corralejo hotel on 5 of our 7 visits to Corralejo and can honestly say as far as the hotel, staff, location and the guests including some we have met there more than once, there is no better hotel anywhere I've ever been. Sadly with popularity comes a price and we go back to Corralejo in October but prices have gone up by £250-300 on our previous visits so we have had to book in another hotel, but such is the affection for this place will no doubt shed a tear as we walk by.More

We loved out stay at Barcelo Bay. There was a mess up with out booking as we wanted the hot tub so they upgraded us to their best room. Third floor with sea view and we got the suite. 65 sq meters, incredible. Javier who works at reception is the best man to ask for any info, he is so prepared and courteous, he should be promoted to manager or deal with management. Food is good and loads of options, the perfect location too. If you wish to go to the flag beach ask reception for your free bus ticket. Pick up outside hotel at 10:45 and return at 16:15? If you miss the bus the return its only 6/7 euros back to hotel. Transfer by taxi to the airport depending on the time is best to book a taxi. Cheapest taxi service is provided by the lady at the kiosk opposite reception at the hotel. Transfer up to 4 people â¬45 and they pick you up whenever you want( transfer time about 40 min) no traffic.More

Best place in corralejo
We have been coming to Corralejo for almost 20 years and have stayed self catering and half board at quite a few places but this hotel outshines them all. Perfect location, beautiful rooms, lovely food(seems to get better every time we stay). All the staff are lovely and do all they can to make your holiday fantastic. Free bus to Olivia beach every day, but Galera beach is just across the road. We are looking forward to our 8th visit to this brilliant hotel next May , already booked and can't wait. Thank you all for another fantastic stay .More
Barcelo Corralejo Bay: The Return
As promised in my previous review of this hotel, I returned to Corralejo in May this year. It felt great to be back in such a superb hotel and once again it did not disappoint. We chose a room with a pool view this time so we could be a bit more nosier and see what was going on. The bedroom was large and a kettle was provided along with various teas, coffee and hot chocolate. A fridge was provided for your use along with a 30" flat screen TV with English channels available. Our bathroom had 2 sinks, a shower/bath, bidet and WC. Shampoo and body lotion bath gel were supplied on a daily basis. Soap, bath towels etc were also replaced as requested. The bathroom also had a hairdryer along with a shaving mirror and socket. The pool area was well laid out so you could get the sun all day. There were 3 pools (including one easy access pool and a small jacuzzi pool) and there was a restaurant/bar for food and drinks during the day. You could not access the pool area until 9:00am but as usual lots of people set their alarms for this time and they tend to claim their favourite spot at all costs (why do they do this?). However, if you are like me you can have a nice lie in and find a sun bed at any time of the day. The restaurant is well laid out and serves an extensive range of food at breakfast and dinner times. We ate outside every morning in the patio area next to the restaurant. In the evening, fish and meat was cooked while you watched and the food was of an excellent standard. One note of caution though is men need to bring long trousers with them as they will not gain access to the dining room in the evenings. I was politely warned about wearing smart walking shorts on my first evening and so I wore jeans for the remainder of the holiday (fair enough I suppose for the standard of hotel). However, ladies can wear whatever they like providing it is not swimwear. The hotel provided entertainment every evening with a bar which opened until 1:00am. This was well attended. So to summarise, another great holiday in Corralejo, made that much better by staying at this hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and when I next return to Fuerteventura, a Barcelo hotel will be high on my list.More
