Excellent hotel in good location
Stayed here 28 Jan - 4th Feb. emailed prior to visit and asked for a room with balcony and west facing (maybe get some sun in the afternoon), got no reply but on check in we were allocated our email request, and on the eighth (top) floor as well!. Room was big enough with twin beds decent size balcony, bath, shower, TV with some British channels, free chocolates, mini fridge, bath robes and slippers, attentive daily maid service and safe all included with club upgrade. Excellent food offer for all meals - we were full board. Great location close to strip and short walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to old town. our balcony was overlooking 4 kings, Tartan bar and Black chicken, Black Chicken did get noisy at times but didn't bother us. Clean and tidy hotel, excellent service all round.More
Stayed here 4th Feb for a week, we was not sure what to expect but as we got this holiday for a cheap price we went with open minds. We booked the new rooms on floor 7, free wifi, fridge, safe, coffee tea making, sky sports 1, bbc1 itv1, and 2 film channels at no extra cost. I'm a very fussy eater and found the food terrific, a lot of different foods, i loved the coffee from the machine at breakfast, the restaurant staff were terrific, always cleaning away used plates. The lifts were great as you only stopped on the floor number you pushed without stopping to pick other people on different floors. We could here loud music in the afternoon from the palladium bar which played karaoke loudly in the afternoon, but we didnt mind it as we didnt sunbathe at the poolside very often. The room was cleaned everyday and the cleaner left us 4 lovelly chocolates everyday. We had a great view from our room ( 709). This hotel is on the doorstep for all the nightlife. Would i use this Hotel again? Yes i would if i could get it as the price i paid this year.More
21 years and still coming back to this hotel on out annual winter Benidorm holiday. Rooms are being remodernised and food very good. I have seen the changes over the years from a family hotel to a more (not quite yet) modern adults only hotel (they are getting there)... you are treated like family and nothing is too much. Paco in the bar... no 4 roses it was there next day. They will go out of their way for you. We were offered an upgrade to the club rooms beautiful they are room 808. Love this hotel and will be back 22nd year xxMore
A real friendly hotel
This is a lovely hotel who know how to look after their guest. The rooms are always clean and the one on the top floors have been refurnished are excellent with free Wi-Fi. There is always a good choice food in the restaurant and the drinks are very reasonable. This hotel is adults only is nice not to have screaming kids running around. We always stay at this hotel when in Benidorm as its in an ideal location where a lot of oldies stay during the winter months. Will be back again at end of February. More
Stayed at this hotel from 06th Dec to 20th this was the first time we have stayed here and I can honestly say that I would certainly book again next time I go to Benidorm because it is ideally situated for everything. The meals were excellent and a very good choice every day we stayed Full Board, also the Drinks we reasonably priced and the entertainment was second to none. More
