Check in smooth and easy room ready at 13:00hrs. Room was really nice but did not receive bottle of wine on our first day as part of the package, fridge had two small bottles of water two cans of coke and two cans of other soft drinks.you have to pay 3 euros for safe key but get that back when you leave,Bathrobes and slippers supplied the robe didn't fit me. Hotel right in the heart of the entertainment strip,You can get a lot of noise at night but it never bothered me. Food All inclusive Breakfast all the favorites,no complaints. Lunch never had any as we went to beach for our entire stay. Dinner. Always something to eat and food always hot.the only thing that i used to hate was the young guy on the entrance to the dinner hall would seem to ignore All Inclusive guests when serving drinks, for the people who were paying as i think he liked the tips. Drinks Proper pints in proper glasses which was a change.Vodka nice so no complaints there. Entertainment in hotel was okay some good singers and the hotel reps did some good shows,in the space they have. We did have a slight problem in our room (509) on our return from the entertainment in the hotel one night when switching on light on entering room light started to flicker then go off as i went to turn on another light i slipped on a large pool of water, called down to reception who sent the security guard up, nice guy who supplied some towels to soak water up, then advised us to report this matter in the morning which we did, on two occasions,as they were not aware of the leak and also about lights on our return from beach the following day, we noticed water cleaned up and this is the best bit,the electrics were repaired they took the light bulb out.No apologies from the management no explanation as to the electrics or water which i found to be a rude. Overall it is a good hotel nothing special and it does what it says on the tin.would i go back no as i did not like the non response i received about our room.More

Not bad for the dosh.
The staff at this Hotel are the jewels in the crown their attitude and friendship was amazing magic people. The new club room which we had was smart and clean a bedside 2lb hammer would have been handy to soften the beds but I think this is the same in most places plus the air con was u/s as the racket from the motor kept you awake with the heat being in the 40's this was a pain ,engineer said he would order a new motor never seen him again..Personally I was disappointed with the food first time in a Medplaya hotel ,always went to Servigroup hotels prior to this visit, food choice much better and of course British bacon at breakfast.Maybe the money being spent on the new club rooms is coming out of the dining room budget .Will never rubbish the Germans again when I watched our lot stampeding through the dining room at 8 in the morning, no need they were plenty beds and to the selfish people who left towels on beds and never turned up shame on you.A wee tweak here and there and this old hotel would be spot on,once again to the fabulous staff thanks for having us.More

Not as good
The last 3 times we have emailed the hotel a couple of weeks before to request a room on the Black Chicken side, and 3 times been put on the opposite side, so they ignore your requests. This time we was on the first floor, noise was horrendous until about 04.30 am from the Talk of the Coast, and the beds were so hard even with the thin pieces of foam, unfit for anyone to sleep on, and lumpy pillows that were filled with cut up pieces of foam ! tried to stick it out but after 5 days I went to reception to see about changing our room. The only alternatives was the same side on the third floor or pay extra for one of their refurbished rooms, we decided to wait another 2 days and moved then to the opposite side on the second floor, lovely memory foam beds with better pillows and so much quieter.Food was disappointing, not as much choice and tastless, one evening a choice of 3 mousses !! jelly or a cake and a hot pudding on the other side.Entertainment was very good the first week but then changed to a very amateur show team the second week. Shari the entertainments lady was very nice and had time to chat with people during the day when organising activites. Our room was cleaned to a very good standard and towels were changed every day. Short staffed in the restaurant and for evening meals it does state men are preferred to wear long trousers, but were allowing lots of them in wearing vests and shorts. We have always visited in winter before and really enjoyed it, but will never stay here in summer again and not until all the rooms have been refurbished.More
My wife and I went away in April for a spring break and enjoyed our time at the Riudor. If you are looking a good hotel in an ideal location of the Levante Beach area then this is the hotel for you. The hotel does look a bit dated in areas, but there seems to be some renovations going on and I can't complain about anything. We got a pool view room which is ideal as it looks over to the beach as well. The food in the downstairs restaurant is good and there is plenty to select from with daily specials as well. The bar area is large and clean with evening entertainment put on for you. It is an adult only hotel so no kids running about which I,m sure suits some people. We went out most nights so can't review the entertainment. The big question is would I can back? That's easy the answer is yes. Muchas Gracias from Stevie and Lily.More
