Hotel Rio Park

You'll find stylish, modern décor at this popular hotel, along with easy access to Benidorm's main strip.

This imposing building might look like a typical Benidorm hotel from the outside. But, thanks to a refurb, inside it's all funky retro-style sofas and contemporary cream lounge chairs. The big pool is one of the highlights.

Location-wise, you're in a quiet road less than a 10-minute walk from Benidorm's major bars and restaurants. And when you want to hit the sands, Levante Beach is a 15-minute walk away.

This hotel is part of our 3T favourites range until April 2017.

Only rated 2 star but it's more like a 3 star

We where on 11th floor no problem. Lovely hotel food is the best so much selection didn't need to go out for meals because the food great. Plenty of shows to watch, hotel suitable for all ages. Drinks at bar doubles and cheap compared to drinks at home. Shop till you drop plenty of bargains to be had. Would recommend this hotel to young, families, and older people. Rooms nice and clean with balcony. You will not be disappointed.More

Pleasantly surprised

When we arrived there were lots of people waiting to check in but we were not waiting long as the staff were very efficient. We were given a room on the 5th floor which was adequate for our needs and was kept clean by the maids. Entertainment was good. We did not feel the need to venture out on an evening but there are plenty of bars around the hotel if needed. There is plenty of space for sunbathing but the sun beds have no mattresses so are quite uncomfortable. Would recommend to buy one from one of the nearby shops. Food was good with plenty of variety to choose from and kept topped up all the time. On the Friday evening there was a gala meal with free bubbly which was a nice touch. This is the only hotel we have been in where the drinks were as cheap as the bars so many of the guests took advantage of this and it made for a good atmosphere. All in all we were pleasantly surprised how good the hotel is for a 2* and would rate it a 3* or more and would recommend it. More

Large hotel

The Rio Park is a very nice hotel and very big.The general area is great with a lovely reception area and a lovely area with settees. There is a nice little bar where you can have a drink and watch the footie etc and a large room where the entertainment is which is great. There is also a separate room at the end of the pool area where they have a mother entertainment room which is brilliant. There is also a great decking area for everyone to chill on and soak up the sun with a cups or a cold drink. The lifts are overworked and sometimes you have to wait a long time for them particularly around meal times. My room was very dated with multiple issues but was fine with me.The shower was fine and the bed very comfy. The pool area is ok but I'm not keen on pool areas that is completely concrete however the pool bar and snack was good but under manned. The food was reasonable but not great. Many times we went over the road to Wooky Hollow 2 for what was a lot better food!!!!The Rio Park is in a great quiet location with the beach, all the main pub/showbars area and the old town nearby. We had a great holiday!!More

Lovely Hotel

Apparently this is only a 2* as they have a small amount of single rooms! which ok may need a coat of paint, but clean and had hot water!! Cannot fault this hotel from check in to check out, Entertainment, friendliness of staff , always able to get a drink and something to eat anytime of the day, the quality, quantity and variation of food was by far on par with a top 4* hotel!, beach and bars all near by, absolutely fantastic value for money, Look forward to returningMore
