You'll find stylish, modern décor at this popular hotel, along with easy access to Benidorm's main strip.
This imposing building might look like a typical Benidorm hotel from the outside. But, thanks to a refurb, inside it's all funky retro-style sofas and contemporary cream lounge chairs. The big pool is one of the highlights.
Location-wise, you're in a quiet road less than a 10-minute walk from Benidorm's major bars and restaurants. And when you want to hit the sands, Levante Beach is a 15-minute walk away.
This hotel is part of our 3T favourites range until April 2017.

Stayed here for a short break every thing was excellent great location food great big pool area .staff very helpful would stay here again in the near future when I come to Benidorm . Meet some lovely friendly people that are all returning travellers More
Basic of basic...
The first time we stayed here was better than this time...the rooms are clean but dated...the food is basic English food with a helping of paella. The restaurant staff can't seem to be bothered with clearing plates from tables. My son chipped a tooth whilst eating paella when he bit on a bit of bone and the restaurant managers didn't seem concerned. DEFINITELY WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!More
Cheap, tacky and dated!
I stayed at the Rio Park for 4 nights on a friends stag do, its perfect for that kind of thing or occasion, I wouldnt dream of staying here for any other reason. The hotel is dated, rough around the edges and lacking any kind of basic quality.
The lifts were hit and miss, whether they would arrive or even get you to your floor was a game of chance.
As for the room. My safe key was missing. My beds were hard, creaky, uncomfortable and small. The towels are rubbish, and the bathroom was cramped and dated with ripped wallpaper and very dodgy looking sealant around the bath. I spent ages looking for my tv remote control only to find you have to ask at reception for it.
The food in the restaurant was cheap and very low quality.
I wouldn't stay here again, its not worth the money.More

Will never stay here again
Booked this hotel last March(2015) for the 25th April this year for 4 days for myself and my husband, when we arrived on Monday we were told that they were fully booked, the receptionist wasnt very helpful and at this point i wasnt very happy, i asked to speak to the other receptionist who was there who said we have upgraded u to the Hotel Regente to full board( we were on room only) wasnt happy at this but was out of our hands. Have been reading reviews on here how some people only booked this hotel either last minute or 6 weeks before, and have had rooms in this hotel at the same time we should have been there, but i have also read reports on here that other people have been booked here and moved to the Regent as well, this hotel was booked with location in mind, the Regente is a way out, dont get me wrong the Regente was ok and the staff were lovely it just wasnt where we wanted to be, i will never book the Rio Park again so if you are wanting a Medplaya Hotel i would recommend the Regente xMore
A Perfect Base
Firstly I should say, the hotel decor is now sadly looking a bit tired and dated and in need of "refreshing." Having said that, it's the only minor fault you will find at this hotel. It is kept spotlessly clean by the hard working maids and in house cleaners, the food is plentiful and varied, the entertainment program is amazing considering this is only a 2star hotel with different artists everyday over a 14 day period, and last but by no means least, the drinks prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than the bars along the main front.
The hotel is situated ideally, away from the noisy life, but only a 15-20 min walk to the beach and all the shops and nightlife you could wish for.
The staff are all very friendly, excellent English speakers, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Some may complain the rooms are a little on the small size, but again, this is only a 2star hotel, but it certainly punches above it's weightMore
