3 night stay
Have just returned from a 3 night break ..room was clean & large enough for the 3 of us (all adults). Breakfast is probably the best meal of the day as evening meal had very little choice & was not hot...on 2 of the 3 nights I had salad as the warm meal from the first night put me off...wifi is only available in reception but is rubbish..very hit & miss so gave up with it in the end. Floors are covered in laminate & click while walking on them so can be noisy when other guests are returning at night. Hotel is in a great position for shops & nightlife...was nice for 3 nights but wouldn't stay any longer than that.More
Ashamed to be British!!!!!!!
Have just returned from a weeks break at this hotel, 14-21st May. The hotel is good value for money, spotlessly clean with good food. I totally agree with other reviews that sound from other rooms is a big problem here. You wouldn't have thought that it was the sort of hotel that would attract stag and hen parties but sadly there were several groups of these staying. A particularly obnoxious group of Scottish animals (male) who shouted and swore in the restaurant. The mess left at the poolside at the end of the day was shocking. Half filled glasses of beer and the remains of the food just left for the cleaners to clear up. Cans thrown into the pool, and there were plenty of bins around. This hotel is primarily used by British, in fact the resort of Benidorm is like a British seaside town. Benidorm has a great deal going for it, the beach is beautiful, the weather glorious, lovely shops and plenty of cheap places to eat and drink. However there are groups of British people (not all young) behaving in such a disgusting and vile manner, shouting and swearing in the streets, vandalising as they go, spitting and vomiting and behaving very aggressively. I can only suggest that The Guardia Civil round all these individuals up and use them for target practice! It is such a shame because for this reason I won't be returning to this hotel or resort.More
Amazing Holiday/Hen Party
Just come back from this amazing Hotel.
The staff could not do enough for you. The rooms where cleaned every day. The food was really very good. Entertainment was really good , something for everyone. The only thing wrong is the bar pool should open longer hours. Was only open for four hours. Should open when the pool opens and close at 6.00pm. The Hotel was very central for the beach and bar street. ExcellentMore
SOUND PROOFING REQUIRED BUT OTHERWISE A NICE HOTEL.
Staff are friendly and the majority try very hard to please. Unfortunately, the hotel accepts large groups of friends who are noisy during the night and disturb the sleep of fellow guests. The walls are very thin and even normal conversations in adjacent rooms and corridors can be overheard, so families and couples were disturbed and upset by the late night revellers. One couple asked for a change of room but were told that they could be even worse off because more very large groups were due, so this is clearly a problem that management are aware of. More
