Be back next year.

Spent 13 nights here again, can't fault this hotel, all the staff work very hard to make your holiday a happy one. Reception check in is so fast and Juan and Vincente are really friendly men, Had a poolside room which I had requested but was informed could not be guaranteed, so I was delighted. when we entered there was tea and coffee making facilities with a kettle, brilliant idea, and was not there last year. (has caused a bit of a conversation on the Ta forum). Ani the entertainments girl was a breath of fresh air always smiling and great at what she did. (hola Ani from John de bush 😘). food was good always plenty of choice even if it was just a roll and banana, and replenished constantly. Very welcoming staff in the dining room, who work endlessly for our comfort. Antonio, Juan, kini, Ana and the others, thank you. The men who work the bars are very friendly especially Johnny and Ian from the poolside bar and Vincente, Victor, Saif from the bar upstairs, they have also started doing toasties in the upstairs bar from 9.30, Good if you've maybe missed dinner. There was a couple of groups of same sex adults but there was no problems, they were quite entertaining. Looking forward to next year. More

Good basic hotel

We stayed a couple of nights on half board, rooms were clean and basic, beds are a bit on the hard side but no too bad The lifts were a bit slow at busy times glad I was not on the top floor. Our rooms were not to noisy, but you can here noises in the night if the guests next door get amorous, we put a note under the door with a score out of ten for performance.. 3/10. Next night all quiet. Breakfast was ok. Everything you needed and plenty of choice, food constantly being replenished. The staff were very nice and polite. We had evening meal as part of deal, Next time we would do just B&B. Too much choice of good food outlets in Benidorm. Be aware of the bar men. We saw them "forgetting" the Bacardi in a Bacardi and coke. When pointed out the error, he tried to act like it was our fault.... We did manage to get it replaced by another bar man. Overall a good place to stay. More

" A Very Good 3* Hotel"

This is a very good 3 star hotel. Rooms where a little on the small side, but done the job. Hired a fridge for 28 Euros for then week, well worth it. The outside area is of a good size, with an upper terrace area where adults without children tended to relax and chill out. Lower level had a great pool area and bar / snack bar . This area was mostly used by families with children. All staff were very nice and helpful. Food in restaurant was to a good standard and kept warm. This is an honest 3* hotel in Benidorm, I have been to worse 4* hotels and it is in a great location for all of Benidorm's attractions.More
