Just got back from a 10 night stay here & really enjoyed it. All staff are friendly, the hotel is clean & maids clean/change beds every day. The swimming pool is not massive so can get busy on peak days but we always managed to find a sunbed, there is also a smaller pool for young ones. We never stayed for the entertainment, but often heard/saw bits of it as we were heading out. I believe they have a mini disco for the kids and then a different act each night. One of the best things about the hotel is the food - there are different themes every night, Chinese night, Italian night etc...one night they even had a chocolate fountain! I had stayed at other hotels in Benidorm & these had the best food....when travelling with a (fussy) 5 yr old its important to have decent food he will actually eat & on this holiday he did! Only reason I haven't gave the hotel 5/5 is because the wifi is free if you sit in the reception but if you want it in your room it is 15 euros for a week PER PERSON.....surely if they can offer free wifi in the hotel it should be throughout the hotel not just in reception? Especially as there are so many other hotels/bars offering free wifi, seems a little bit money grabbing..... Apart from that ^^^^ I cannot fault the hotel at all and would 100% stay here again.More

travelled with our 11 year old grandaughter nice friendly hotel staff.clean rooms with fresh towels every day.the evenings we stayed in the hotel the entertainment was pretty good.the food is good for a 3 star hotel.we found something to eat every meal time.the pool area is very good with enough sunbeds to go around.and as we upgraded to all inclusive the snacks at the pool bar meant we didnt need to move away for lunch iff we didn`t want to. all in all a good holidayMore

Stayed with my wife and 12 yr old son from 26 June for 1 week full board and had a great time. Clean rooms and pool area, good choice of food, I especially enjoyed the paella for lunch and also the gala dinner on the Friday when they provide free cava! Friendly polite staff and reasonably priced drinks, nothing to complain about at all. Would come back no problem.More
