Most hotel walls are thin but this one should just be open plan throughout, thats how thin they are ,we could hear the man next door in the loo, and people talking three doors down , thats not the only thing that lets this hotel down, the food is rubbish and reviewers who say its good cant of been anywhere else, everybody we spoke to said it was bad and one woman only had chip butties for two days, the good stuff, staff good, entertainment good five nights, and san miguel on draftMore

Just back from this hotel and wanted to give my view. What a great hotel apart from the fact that the walls were very thin. You could hear the conversations from next door. I would not like to stay here in the height of the season because of this but at this time of year was great. Think it would be very noisy during the season!! Our whole experience was fantastic, from checkin to leaving. When we arrived we were greeted by a fantasic receptionist Juan!!! What a man!! Nothing was too much trouble and even with the number of people that he must see always called us by name and also knew our room number!! I hope he gets a very large pat on the back! Could not find fault with the food, if people could not find something they could eat there must be something wrong with them. All in all my 2 friends and i had a fantastic time! More
Basic , but very clean , good staff (see Vincent the bar man ) and food !
Just back from a weeks holiday at the regente , we could not fault this hotel for value for money , always remember you get what you pay for ! The staff were very helpful , friendly ,the food although basic , was amazingly fresh. As a vegetarian I was offered from Antonio a freslhly made meal at anytime , which was much appreciated. The chambermaids kept the rooms to a high standard , with clean towels and linen at anytime .the bar staff , Vincent in the afternoon was always a pleasure to see , with his dry sense of humour ,....would even go out his way , making our cheese toasties , with fun and jest .Also the evening staff saif and pedro were also very helpful , when working in this busy job , day or night ..remember this is no the Hilton ,but a great 3star hotel in the centre of benidorm , around plenty of shops , pubs , clubs etc ......also meet a lot of lovely people in the hotel , which come yearly .only negative about this hotel was in this modern age , you had to pay for wi fi ....trying to add pic .....hope it follows with Vincent !More

What a lovely hotel. Everything spot on from reception to bar to restaurant to cleaning . Food very good. First time we've tried all inclusive in Benidorm and won't be the last, especially here. We look forward to a second visit in May.More
