Fresh from a multi-million-pound refurb, this hotel is sporting a smart new look – and its location is spot on, too.
Rooms flaunt up-to-the-minute interiors, and come with extras like free Wi-Fi and rain showers. And there’s a stylish rooftop bar made for sunset cocktails.
The hillside setting makes for great views. But, better than that, the main Strip and Grecian beach, the longest in Ayia Napa, are less than 10 minutes’ walk away. Plus, there are bars and restaurants even closer.

Nice hotel but need improvements
Tasia Maris Oasis was one of my favorite hotels to visit in Agia Napa, i always wanted to visit this place. I had booked a pool view room for 2 nights and was really excited to go there. Both ladies at the reception was really friendly and they arranged our room at 13:00. This hotel consists 7 buildings and one small swimming pool in the middle. Our room was in the 2 floor of building number 2 with a beautiful view of Agia Napa and hotel pool. Room was very modern design and very clean as well, wifi and tv though had some issues. The location of the hotel is very good actually only 5 minutes away from all the restaurants and pubs and less than 10 minutes away from 2 of the most famous beaches in Agia Napa. Breakfast was ok, nothing impressive for a 4* hotel and the swimming pool was kinda small, parking lot could serve only 10-15 cars max and all 6 buildings except the reception/restaurant/roof bar building didn't had an elevator. Overall a nice hotel but need some improvements in order to compare to other 4* hotels. More
Could be great, needs improvements!
Myself and two friends have recently just returned from a week away in Ayia Napa where we stayed at the Tasia Maris Oasis hotel, although we had a fantastic time full of laughter the hotel itself or rather the hotel staff, really put a negative on our holiday and is one of the only things letting the Tasia Maris down! I’ll begin with the positives, firstly the interior of the hotel is really modern, clean and classy – as girls who love to take pictures we had plenty of scenic places to take these! The pool area is nice with plenty of sunbeds; the bedrooms are really spacious and again modern, clean and equipped with everything you need i.e fridge, air con, a safe. There’s a supermarket right outside the hotel which is handy but there’s plenty of others if you keep walking along, the main nightlife and the ‘strip’ is about a 10 minute walk away which is really convenient but it’s far enough away not to be disturbed by it – there are lots of people trying to sell tickets or offers just be wise and barter with them a bit, look for bars and clubs offering good deals they will offer you pretty much whatever to get you in their club! Now to address the negatives which REALLY need addressing and resolving to improve customers experiences at the Tasia Maris Oasis! To start with, a good 98% of the workers desperately need a huge meeting and perhaps additional training in customer service because not one of us have ever experienced the way we were treated by these employees in any of other hotel ever! Majority of the holiday were spoken to appallingly and made to feel unwelcome but there a several incidents which I want to criticism. The first night we arrived we were greeted by a fairly pleasant English guy he showed us to our room and gave us the wifi and that was about it we enquired about a safe but he told us we could do that tomorrow which isn’t exactly very safe when we’d just arrived and had travel documents and money everywhere, still not sure why we couldn’t pay and have a safe the first night we stopped at the hotel? Another incident occurred on our first full night and we went for the evening meal in the hotel restaurant as we were half board, we sat down and the waiter came and did a drinks order as there were no drinks on tap even though evening meals were included, he gave us a menu and we asked whether all drinks on the menu were included he answered yes, we thought this was very strange as cocktails, prosecco expensive drinks not usually included suddenly were? Myself and my other friend made a point of asking this waiter several times and changing the phrase to ensure we wouldn’t be paying he ensured us we wouldn’t, after finishing the meal he comes over with a bill for the drinks we argued and the reply we got was ‘oh well it’s okay for one night isn’t it?’ We were absolutely fuming with this and went straight to the manager the next day, after speaking to him and trying to get him to understand what we were saying we got no apology no sympathy just a blank expression leading us to again feel uncomfortable and unwelcome he did wipe the drinks of our bill but with zero empathy or apology it was still very frustrating. The day before we were leaving we asked the receptionist what we did about our a transfer whether she knew what time they were picking us up; the reply we got was a blunt ‘we’ll call tomorrow about it’ why exactly couldn’t she call there and then when we wanted to find out what time we’d be leaving the hotel so we could plan how much time we’d have? We then asked the English man in the evening who again bluntly told us it was on the wall, we’re not thick and had obviously looked here and it was all in foreign after telling him this he asked if we had anyone to ring, we were just astonished twice now we’d asked for help and nobody knew the transfer situation? We were waiting the next day after finally getting a time and the coach had yet to turn up so we went into reception and spoke to the young girl with long dark brown hair, I can honestly say I’ve never met a receptionist so rude, after asking her for help and getting none she then decided to ignore us and speak to a colleague that had just decided to come up and speak to her; my friend said ‘shall we just go then because you’re obviously not willing to help?’ the girl then began to laugh at us actually laugh in our faces. This girl on the reception desk was the most unhelpful, rude, ignorant member of staff they had. Other negatives included the cleaners only changing towels every two/three days and just taking change which was on the table with other things in no way was it left or made to look like a tip for themselves! The food was okay but we would never have gone all-inclusive for the dining options the evening meal was always cold, tasteless and boring with very little variety, however the lunch by the pool which we paid for was lovely definitely recommend the chicken in cream sauce! The breakfast was fairly decent but the drinks machine was always either out of order or completely watered down juices. We were also quite annoyed with the Thompson rep, we were told by text the day we flew that she’d meet us in the hotel reception at 12pm the following day so we’d all set our alarms round the pool made sure we were there on time and they never turned up with no text or call to let us know where she was, my friend tried calling but never heard anything until perhaps 2 hours later when she’d told us she’d had to sort out an incident and would be on her way shortly, we only saw her that once she gave us very minimal information and then left again. When we had the trouble with our transfer and we tried to ring her several times she didn’t answer we then later got a text to see what was wrong, she explained she couldn’t answer as she was at the airport, she could have been anywhere but we did not see her or hear from her again. To conclude this is a new, fresh hotel which could do really well if they either give the staff complete customer service training or just replaced them with employees that know how to work with the public. If you’re looking for a modern hotel close to night life and aren’t bothered about meals or interacting too much with the staff this is a great hotel and with improvements it could be even better! Personally me and my friends would not return here after the way we were spoken to and treated but our experience most likely won’t be the same for everybody, Ayia Napa we will definitely come back, Tasia Maris most likely not!More
Very good for the price
We stayed in the tasia maris oasis for one week. The price for the room was very good compared to other hotels in the same class. The room wasnt very big but very clean and well looked after. The location of the Hotel is a bit outside from the center of ayia napa, around a 5 minute walk. We liked that because that means you can sleep without any problems in the night. The beach is also around a 5 to 10 minutes walk aways. The only thing we really didnt like is, that we had to pay extra to use the safe and the fridge. To me these are essentials that shouldn't be charged extra forMore

I stayed in that hotel for 3 nights. It was a small hotel with no special view in the rooms, almost far from the beach.A small swimming pool, with pleasent lightening at nights and live music. The room was very clean and tidy, but no free wi-fi.Even you should be charged for refrigerator and safty box!!! We even could not put a small bottle of water in the refrigerator . We had breakfast and dinner there, food was average. The staffs were kind and helpful.More

clean and fresh hotel
We stayed for a week and were really satisfied with this hotel. everything was clean and fresh. housekeeping was good, they change bed linen once a week, but towels in bathroom twice, but if something get dirty we put the towel on the floor and they changed them. Every room has a terrace or balcony and personal air conditioner. The most beautiful view was from roof bar or dining room. views from rooms wasn't excellent but good enough, it depends what type of room you reserve. Food at the dinner was tasty and to diversify (from pasta to sea food) We stayed satisfied!More
