Cookery Courses

You're a naturally sociable and enthusiastic person who would love to work in a ski resort as a chalet host next winter but you are not sure your cooking skills will be up to the challenge? This is the perfect answer for you, during the summer we will be running cookery courses specifically designed to prepare you for the season ahead even including Christmas Dinner.

Throughout the course you will be preparing, presenting, trying and testing menus within the chalet environment, baking and serving afternoon tea and begin given all those tips and hints to make your chalet a perfect base for the customers to really enjoy their ski holiday.

We are running 4 courses over the summer starting -

• Wednesday 6th – Monday 11th August
• Wednesday 13th – Monday 18th August
• Wednesday 10th – Monday 15th September
• Wednesday 17th – Monday 22nd September

You would fly to resort the day before the start date.

For the fantastic price of £495* you will receive the following

• Flights to and from a London Airport

• 4.5 days tuition including practical experience of full 6 day chalet dinner menu plan & canapé and breakfast workshops
