Thomson Apprenticeships offer young people aged 16 – 24 the opportunity to complete an industry recognised work based training programme and gain invaluable work experience.

Successful Apprentices gain a People 1st Apprenticeship Framework certificate. This confirms that they have numeracy and literacy skills, technical knowledge of travel and tourism topics and vocational capability up to national industry standards that are recognised by all employers.

It is an opportunity to 'earn while you learn', in fact, our apprentices are paid £120 per week…much more than the standard EMA and there are no household income limits to worry about!

A Thomson Apprenticeship not only offers you the chance to become a Travel Advisor in one of our shops, but once completed, it opens up many other doors within the Company, like careers overseas or cabin crew, or call centre & head office jobs to name but a few.
