This was the first time we have been to Turkey and because of the staff attitude here and the very poor food I doubt very much that I will go back. The hotel room and grounds are not to be faulted as are the cleaning staff and garden workers, but these are not customer facing. The staff that should looked at are the restaurant staff and the bar staff, The former will never look you in the face and it leaves a very unsatisfactory feeling, they whip plates and cutlery from your table without looking or speaking to you almost before you have finished and if you were to leave your table unattended to get a drink it will be cleared. The bar staff never smile and are never quick to serve, almost as if they are doing you a favour. The Reception staff were actually hostile towards us on a couple of occasions. The food is almost all of a very poor quality and served from cold to warm, a lot of processed meat is used and when there was roasted chicken it was being pulled apart by the gloved hands of a staff member and placed on your plate (heaven forbid I might have selected a piece of breast). Fresh orange juice is charged for (yes in an all inclusive) Relaxing around the pool area is ok if you can ignore the constant very loud pounding music from the very large speakers, this music seems to be there for the staff as no one I spoke to required it. The nightly entertainment is a joke! This is provided by the leisure staff miming to songs and is below Rep-Night level, no professional entertainers involved here. Beer wine, tea, coffee and water are available to self serve, but why not soft drinks? I could see no ice cream for the children, only that which was bought from the shop. To sum up this holiday:- The hotel and grounds for both park and club are first class but let down extremely badly by the quality of food, third rate entertainment and unfriendly staff in the restaurant and main bar. Once here there is nowhere to walk to as this complex is a long way down a track from the main road and nothing at the main road anyway, so you are stuck with the problems and they know it.

My family and I stayed for 2 weeks in July/Aug 2010. The resort is beautiful, the pictures do not give it justice. The food was wonderful, something for everyone...granted their were a couple of night where the hot food just did not match up, but it was always very well cooked and extremely tasty. My children, 5 and 2, had no problems finding something they liked. Their were many variations of potatoe, tuna, etc salad on a nightly basis, with the basics - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber etc - always in abundance and served on their own so you could pick n mix. The rooms were cleaned every day with linen changed daily as well. All of the staff were very friendly and the Amusement team, although mimed all songs, were very entertaining. The grounds were beautiful, very well tended. Swimming pools were brilliant and my 5 year old loved the slides. A visit to Fethiye town and market is a must. All in all, we had a fabulous time and would definetly go back. However, the hotel is a distance from any outside life and would require transport to go anywehere, therefore if you are the type to want to venture out in the evenings, this may not be ideal for you.

Have just returned from this hotel and can honestly say that it was excellent. The animation team create a fantastic atmosphere and you can do as much or as little as you like and wont be hassled for not joining in and the evening entertainment was brilliant, all the staff work so hard. The hotel and grounds are extremely well cared for, its hard to believe that the hotel has been open for some 18 years. The only disappointment for us was the beech. Although it was great to have a private beech it was so stony along the shoreline it was nearly impossible to get in and out of the sea from the beech. This was one of the main reasons for our choice of hotel and we have a 2 year old who loves to run in and out of the sea. The other disappointment was the Daylan Checkout 2T trip, having such a young child we didnt want to be without a room from 12 noon until 9pm, so opted to do this trip. However, we ended up in a hotel where you couldnt even have a shower because the water kept going from freezing cold to boiling hot, I couldnt even run a sink full of water as there was no plug. The Rep told us that there wasnt a lot of difference between the 2T and the 3T, with hindsight we wouldnt have bothered and enquired about keeping our room on at the hotel. The rest of the trip was fantastic, especially seeing the loggerhead turtles.

Hotel and facilities offered everything and more than was mentioned in the brochure. We were located in Park 2 which was great for us ( husband and me) with it being quieter and the pool and bar were close by. Food was good and always plenty to choose from in restaurant and avaiable from snack bars out of meal times. Would also recommend visiting all 3 al a carte restaurants. All inclusive for drinks had no time limit but no one abused it. Fridges ( for bottles of water and beer) were situated all over the park and kept stocked and accessible at all times. Hubby loved it because lager was available, self service by pump. Animation team were good but not pushy and shows in the evening were entertaining. General cleanliness of all areas ( rooms, bars, pool areas, beach, restaurant and toilets ) was exceptional and on going all day and night long. Staff in hotel friendly and very helpful. Trips were very good value for money and especially enjoyed Mud Baths and Chill out Cruise. Would also recommend the Spa in the Hotel. Good offers available. Can recommend Turkish Bath and Massage and hubby recommends Turkish shave. Would also recommend a trip on local bus ( Dolmus) Cheap and good to see the locals transport and village life on route to and from Fethiye. Will recommend to friends and family
