Big villa, lovely grounds and a great pool. Villa was let down by absence of air conditioning, (plenty of fans but not suitable, had to balance them on chairs as none were on stands); cluttered with ornaments and furniture; bathrooms need updating; some new towels please, the ones provided were paper thin and akin to drying yourself with sandpaper! TV not tuned for English clients. No doubt the location was good, quiet and between Pollensa and Porto Pollensa.
