Lovely resort, lively lots of shops and bars overlooking the beach, hotel a 5 minute walk away, up a hill lined with shops and bars, the hotel has everything you could want, they even supply towels for the pool and beach, three times a week from the spa. We had a trip up the mountains called the Orange Blossom Trail, which was amazing and well organised, the views are spectacular, it is an all day trip and quite tiring but worth it. If you have a young family then the hotel is great and children are well catered for. Apart from some confusion with the coach taking us back to the airport the holiday was wonderful.
This was our first visit to Majorca and the first time we went with Thomson. Firstly, we were very impressed with cabin crew on our flight. They were so pleasant and helpful. The hotel, Grupotel Gran Vista and Spa, was excellent, and the location ideal. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were delightful. There was a huge selection of food to choose from with plenty of fresh fruit on offer. We went on a couple of excursions. These were well organised and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Some of the entertainment was very good, and we were able to watch the Pool Party from our balcony, which was great. The local bus was very easy to use, and we went on a visit to Inca, Alcudia and Porta Pollenca. The market at Inca is amazing. All in all we had a fabulous holiday, and I would certainly use Thomson's again.
Had a lovely week in June, hotel great for travelling with infants small children. Very German oriented across whole resort, but still a lovely family resort with lots to see and do lovely beach. Defo worth a visit
