We were recently involved in the air travel delays due to the Icelandic Volcano - we can not praise highly enough the care and communication that was afforded to us from the James Villa's and Thomson reps. In witnessing the problems others had with their rep's and lack of communication you should be very proud of how all your staff professionally managed this unpredictable situation. Thank you we all thoroughly enjoyed the protracted stay and would travel and recommend Thomson to others
