I was very disappointed that I checked in at the time stated and I was at the back of the aircraft and my partner was at the front I don't think I will be traveling with Thomson again .

We stayed at the hotel in May 2013 and found it exceeded our expectations. Below is an extension of our ratings ROOM COMFORT The rooms were comfortable - however the air conditioning wasn't brilliant. There is complimentary water in the rooms, mini fridge and a safe (chargeable) We were lucky to have the view over the pool and towards the sea. LOCATION The hotel is in a great location surrounded by little shops which are great to get a gift to take home. It is only a very short walk to the sea front which has lots of restaurants and shops. We went to the market in Adeje, which was approx 20min walk - the hotel rep can give you a map and directions. Another place to get great presents. We also took a stroll along to Playa de las Americas on one overcast day, you can walk to the front and follow it along (beware of the beggar with a dodgy hip/leg!) It's a nice walk along the seafront and plenty of bars/restaurants to stop off in and have a drink or an ice cream. FOOD The food was good and there was a huge variety at all meals times. The bread is freshly baked in the hotel. They cater well for English guests, supplying a lot of meat/vegetables/pasta/chips/pizza along with alternative foods. One night they had a themed area which had Curry/Chinese dishes. There is also an a la carte restaurant which alternates between Mexican Spanish tapas. Hint for the mexican - do not fill your self up with the nachos before you begin - you'll regret it!! CLEANLINESS The hotel was spotless, you could always see a member of staff cleaning throughout the hotel. OTHER We hired a car from Hertz and picked it up in Adeje opposite where the market is and drove to Santa Cruz Loro Parque . Loro Parque is highly recommended! We spent 6hrs there and didn't see everything! Also buy this directly online from the website as it is only 33EUR compared to what tour operators etc sell. Also make sure you DO buy the 3EUR mac if you go to the Killerwhale show or do not sit in the splash zone! Also if you are planning on going to Siam Park - you can buy a ticket from Loro Parque on exit for discounted price it was 23EUR when we went.

This was an all inclusive break from the weather in the UK. I dont really understand the poor reviews the people writing them must have expectations off the scale or were just unlucky. Food was good and there was something available most of the time and the variation was good. Alcoholic drinks were 'non brand' but good. Staff were fine and efficient, particularly in the dining area which could get a little frantic and noisy at peak times. We deliberately chose a week within term time and there were no children in the hotel. We paid for a room upgrade and were on the 7th floor on the opposite side of the hotel to the pool. I think what you are paying for when you upgrade is to be away from the noise of the pool and bar areas. This is true but you are subjected to the music from the next door bar which is not unpleasant but quite loud until about 11pm. One odd thing was the vaguely opaque glass door on the bathroom which didnt lock! The resort of Adeje is quieter than Americas but you are close enough to take advantage of it and Los Christianos. Touts in Americas are a pain but were almost absent in Adeje and you generally get left alone. We were all inclusive but ate out often as well. Strongly reccomend 'Gandhi's' Indian restaraunt (turn left out of the hotel 100 yards on the left) Dont pack bulky towels, pay a deposit and use the ones supplied by the hotel.
