On arriving at this hotel we were given a room in the attic even though we had requested a ground floor room as my husband is disabled and in a wheel chair.This was eventually sorted out after 2 days until then we had to stay in my daughters room which was for 3 people and there were 5 in our party.The room that they gave to me and my husband was disgusting the walls and curtains were splattered with blood and was like this until we left I did speak with the rep and she told me she would speak to them. The sun bed situation is appalling there is not enough to go round and unless you get up at 3am and get your own out you dont stand a chance. That is the down side of this hotel but now Thompsons have taken it over things might improve. The staff were great Adam Archie Arkan really made our stay worthwhile. Would I recommend this Hotel no unless the rooms have a complete overhaul
