I went here, last year, and before i left i read these reviews and when i got there, it was nothing like these reviews. I had a really enjoyable experience. The food is traditionally Turkish, so to go to Turkey and enjoy the food, you enjoy the traditional turkish foods. The drinks were small cups, but i liked having the other juices instead of just fizzy drinks I liked having the beach right on the hotel. There are fish in the water that surprise you, but they dont hurt. You have to get their before breakfast to put your towels on the sunbeds you want. You go to a meeting the day after you arrive and you can pick what activites you want to do, the best are the turkish mud bath, the jeep experience, the drag show, dalamayn last day. They were all brilliant. Some of the rooms werent very clean. But I would say to anyone to go. Its lovely, amazing, everyone is friendly and i loved it.

I understand that the Miramer Beach is being extensively rebuilt after the 2010 season and I hope that will bring an improvement. The bathroom wasn't cleaned all of the 2 weeks we were there. The plastic glasses used at the outside bar were only rinsed when they were busy and the food was very poor. We were so disappointed as the position of the hotel was very good. The view from the beach across the sea to the mountains was breathtaking. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly and helpful but I think the cleaning staff were just waiting to go home. We have been told that the new hotel will be 5 star and the dining room, bar and pools are going to be upgraded. I hope this is so and that they find some way of soundproofing the place as guests were very noisy.

we went to marmaris in may 2010 for my boyfriends 25th birthday 3 young couples went in total.when we first got there and sin the hotel was very impressed with the room etc we had a sea view it was beautiful.we went all inclusive here coz then uv less rto worry about while there but the food was absolutly awful never tasted food as bland and plain as there i only had breakfast there twice which was eggs coz thats the only warm thing available.i hate tea twice there it was a complete waste of money going all inclusive i had macdonalds for 5 days of the hol.i have a child my self but we didnt take her which im glad about coz the entertainment for kids was literally a mini disco 4 an hour each nite nothing going on during the day for kids.the staff there were pathetic they were arrogant ignorant and all perverts.our rep from thomsons was great and helpful.the all inclusive drinks were awful u got vodka gin rum or lager which was watered down i only drank 2days of the hol.we also had an open drain pipe in our bathroom for 4 days that absolutly stunk the whole 5th floor out so u can imagine what our room smelt like.one day i left my suitcase squeezed into a gap between the wardrobe and bed we went back to the room hour later n my suitcase was on the bed wide open so obviously an employee of the hotel had been rumagin coz our door was locked.our friends who was next door went bk to there room 1 nite to see some 1 had bin in n took the bolt out the toilet so there bathroom flooded.our other friends were constantly complaing to reception about the amount of ants that was in there room all wk they went twice n put a bit of spray down.it defo wasnt the best holiday but we tried to make the most of it.turkey its self is a gorgeous country n very hot but the turkish men DO NOT LEAVE WOMEN ALONE its uncomfortable esp for the men watching there partners get perved on like they do.if u get offered to do the jeep safari do it that was fantastic ul never experience anythin like it.dont do the bar crawl we wnt paid our money they took us to one pub and it was well expensive 14 lira for a tia maria n coke!!!!!!!turkey its self is cheap very cheap.id never go back to the hotel coz of the all inclusive and the problems we had etc i wouldnt go back to turkey its self.turkey is a country u either love or hate well i defo dint love it :-(

" Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear the hotel appears not to meet our usual high standards. We would normally pass these comments back to our suppliers to make sure these issues have been rectified. However this hotel will not be appearing in our portfolio for summer 2011. "
