Attached to Emperor dive school and therefore a good place to stay if you're planning on spending your days on the dive boat. Sunbeds get snapped up fast and the hotel pool is small without a view so not ideal if you're planning on spending your days there. Food is ok but very repetative and service varies depending on how the staff are feeling that day. As two young girls we got a lot of hassle during meals making it unpleasant to eat in the hotel. Reception staff are nice and helpful.

Organisationb at the airport was shambolic. We were directed to bus 61 for bay view hotel only to find we were not on the list. Instead of telling us there was a second bay view hotel, the rep insisted on putting us on his list and taking us to the wrong hotel. This hotel contacted thomsons who arranged for a taxi to the correct hotel. We sadly arrived to late for dinner, the restaurant had not been kept open for us. On the last day, i expected the last meal to be lunch but notices around the hotel made it clear, all inclusive ended at 12pm. As lunch did not commence until 1pm, our last meal was breakfast. Most drinks were served in paper cups & the all inclusive bar closed at 10pm. After that we had to pay. The room was basic but clean. However, the first room was very noisy & we had to ask tghe rep to move us.

I went to this Hotel in Feb 2010 I read the review in the freestyle brochure I am a single traveller so a small hotel with good facilites is needed, the mongolian bbq didn't exsit the rooftop bar was a dupping ground a tip and no entertainment, only the tv at night after 10 pm so then if you wanted a drink you had to pay. The food was very bland and not always a drink available in the restaurant' and there was no live music I have compalained but so far nothing has been resolved. A very unhappy traveller.

I have had the worse holiday in my entire life. I am recently recovering from a Brain Tumour and I received my results a couple of weeks before we decided to book this holiday. My friend and I decided to go away and celebrate my test results to Sharm El Sheikh. We stayed in this hotel and although the accommodation was fine, the staff, manager and Russian prositutes were too much. They were begging us for sex all the time, we were getting knocks on our bedroom door asking us for sex, when we went into the restaurant or bar areas we received the same treatment. The meals were very basic with no tast and we ended up with Dysentery for which we had to purchase antiboitics and antispasmotic tablets from the pharmacy. All the drinks were served in plastic flimsy cups and the bar area was swarming in flies. The mini market on site was a constant hassel with no food or drinks to be purchased only merchandise and also we were approached for sex by the owner. The hotel manager wrote a love poem to my friend who clearly made it obvious that she was not interested in him and that we are married and on our last day when leaving the hotel the hotel staff at reception produced a towel which they said was from our room and it was dirty with some pink patch on it, which neither of us had any red on us, either make-up wise or drink in our room only water. We use cleansing wipes for our make-up but they were given strict instructions not to let us off the premises unless we paid 60 Egyptian pounds. We both got upset and started crying and they would not let us go to our coach unless this was paid. We told them we had not done it and the staff said they didn't want to charge us but if they let us go without paying they would loose their jobs. The coach representative, went into the hotel and paid for us to be able to leave the hotel. We cried all the way to the airport and again on the plane home because we were so frightened with this treatment that we have experienced. The location was good and central but there was not much entertainment on the roof top terrace and when you state in the brochure that the bars are in full swing, you were not wrong. We had Russian prostitutes staying in our hotel and they were working for a man on the beach who told us all about the set up. We were offered drugs on the beach and we could only go to two beaches which our hotel had to provide us with a ticket daily for us to go on them and you were not allowed your own drinks

We are highly surprised to hear of your comments regarding the Russian prostitutes staying in the hotel. This is the first we and our on-demand Holiday Advisor have heard of this, so we are more than certain this must have been a one off. We are really sorry to hear this disrupted your holiday.
