Stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel, and we were never so glad to get home. My self my daughter who was out to celebrate her 30th and my 4 year old grandaughter. First night raw chicken food cold, plates dirty, waitresses walking through food on the floor, disgusting, hope you like chips as you get them for breakfast dinner and tea, you have to walk for miles so anybody with walking diffilculties stay clear of this hotel, we should never have been in the hotels we were the guinea pigs and when all the spanish came it was a nightmare, queing for food tables were a disgrace.not cleared very quickly. A beam fell from a roof and just missed 2 people, our phone in the room was not in use for 7 days, reception staff a total waste of time, entertainment was awful, quite an unfriendly atmosphere as it is to big. Rooms are lovely ours was never polished in 14 days nor our floor washed, always got 2 bath towels even tho there was 3 of us. Had an argument every night over chocolate milk shakes they say its not part of your all inclusive nobody knows what they are doing anothe thing do not expect to use the indoor pool unless you want to pay think its 15 to 18 euros per day. You do not get your mini bar stocked every day the holiday village does we did not, and the shop down stairs is really expensive, Ihave stayed in 6 hotels in the costa del sol and this is the worst, for the people who liked it well you have never experienced a rel 4 star in your life. Who in there right mind would want to queue for a cup a tea in the morning all hotels have waitress service atleast for tea and coffee. And would love to know whats going on as they are trying to sell you time share never had that in my life, well thomsons you should be ashamed of yourselves for putting us as your guinea pigs and all the head of thomsons was there I wonder why they never asked us customers. Oh and trying to get a toilet on the ground floor can be difficult as alot of flooding alot of tiles falling off the roof. Small bus stops at 6pm so basically you are stuck cos there is nothing around you unless you bus it or taxi. If anyone looking for a good hotel go to the yaramar or the pez espada hotel. Happy holidays if you decide to go to this hotel all they were missing was the red coats.

OMG the reviews on this place are terrible i got back from here today and seriously cant believe what i have just been reading!!! As you walk into the Hotel it is amazing breath taking even i have a 8 yr old and a 6 yr old and they were amazed this hotel is a family based hotel so all you people moaning bout it being kid orintated why book it you can see its based for kids!!! The junior suites are more like small one bed flats plenty of room for 4 we found the rooms where kept tidy and clean bedding and towels everyday even if you dnt put the room notice out til after 11am u still come back to fresh and clean beds and towels!!! Food yea was basic but i thought there was enough choice and kids food wise was a bit reapetive but i dnt know many kids that dnt eat what was there!!! Kids club my kids loved it i didnt let them go til the last few days but the staff were pleasent and kids enjoyed it!!! Hotel staff were polite and tried very hard to make everything go as smoothe as possible finishing touches were still being done but this didnt really effect our stay!!! Thomson Reps Laura 2 she was lovely always had time for us even if it was a quick chat bout nothing of importance she always made the effort!!! I didnt eat in the polynisean resturant but i did eat in the oriantal me and my kids didnt go too much on it in there but as we didnt really eat in there they let us into the buffet resturant after so the kids and myself could eat something with no problems at all!!! I think once this hotel has got itself up and running fully i think it will be amazing and i myself would go back time and time again just to see it improve and get better!!! Evening entertainment yea agreed could do with some work but im sure they will work on this as the summer approaches!!! This is far better than any hotel iv ever stepped foot into and my kids didnt want to leave this morning so dont judge it till you've experienced it yourself only you yourself can be the judge on it!!!!!

Wonderful hotel with wow factor, BUT, and thers always at least one of those, staff unfriendly and in most cases undertrained. Food mainly cool or at the best lukewarm. And we were under the impression it was for Thomsons guests only!!!!!!! And then we were invaded by loads of realy rude spanish at the weekend???? Also the Thomson reps left alot to be desired, they were only interested in selling holidays NOT ever sorting ant of the guests queries . Come on Thomsons lets go back to the service you used to be noted for before you changed to TUI

Amazing hotel! really relaxing, family friendly, definately recommend it. The only downside was the middle of our stay when the hotel filled up with very loud, rude & ignorrant spanish guests. Would of preffered english entertainment staff too.
