This was our 2nd Thomson Holiday and we will definately be booking with them again. From check in at Gatwick to our departure from Gatwick a week later everything was above and beyond. Check in's, flights and Crew, the reps in Spain was ALL absolutely superb. The Hotel Polynesia was a fantastic hotel for our family. My son is 3 years old and has not stopped talking about the hotel and all it had to offer. The food variety and quality was very good and accommodated my son very well. The swimming pools also offered something for everyone. Every member of staff we met were polite, efficient and accommodating. The minibus service was excellent, the driver even waited for me, being 5 months pregnant I wasn't running, to get from the bridge to the stop. Much appreciated!! We would and have highly recommend this Hotel to friends and family. Many Thanks
