this was our 3rd visit to the jasmine and yet again it was amazing we were treated like kings and queens the restaurant staff amazing would like to give a big thank you to mr walead abdo mousttafa & little one & the chef sorry always forget his name .was please to see cultural change with a women manager Alexandra working there.pool staff amazing a big thank you to gigi but still aching from the trip we went on.as for foxy he was funny entertaining you always know when he was around you heard him before seeing him but a lovely bloke. food outstanding.rooms great every thing thing about this holiday is outstanding we would not go any where else we lovely it so much.its our home from home
Just back from staying at the Tropicana Rossetta and Jasmine and it was brilliant, I have stayed at this hotel before and the reason I returned was the amazing Team working in the hotel, One of the biggest assets is the people working there and making your holiday special So, returning just reiterated that once again for me and I'd find it hard to want to stay in another resort / hotel when I return. The food was really good and had a variety of different options that would suit most people, The Chef Mamoud couldn't do enough for you and made us feel like VIP's and cooked us a special dinner one evening as he promised and that was because we got talking to him about our preference of food, Everyone calls him MAC and he is a great guy who will go out of his way to make sure you enjoy dining in the restaurant. In the Italian restaurant Ahmed who I met last year is excellent in terms of service, making you feel welcome and special. The dining room staff are all very good Wael, Basem just went out of there way to help, The pool bar team Ahmed and Ahmed who made the snacks through the day were great and good fun. The hotel was kept very clean and tidy and had 3 different pools you could go to i.e. the fun pool with activity, the quite pool and the swim up bar pool. We had met some couples around the pool who was there for the first time and they have told me they wouldn't go to another hotel as the couldn't fault this one in any way and they had a great holiday and like us agreed the staff were amazing. I have been in Sharm 7 times and have stayed at this hotel twice and just love it. The location is perfect as it's just a short transfer and a 5 minute walk to Namma Bay and also to the beach, they have a shuttle bus to transfer you to and from but really it's only a short walk away. The reception staff will support you with everything. Sharm has a lot to offer if your young and want to party and the hotel looks after the young holiday makers in making sure they can go with them to the various club attractions. We met an older couple who holiday in Egypt every year and they again loved the hotel, however, there is a split between the Rossetta and Jasmine that means a walk and stairs from main lobby to pools and dining room, the dining room in the main lobby area is also great with Amr the supervisor looking after your every whim. I can't say enough about this hotel as it's a pleasure to holiday there. I'll be returning in Sept again and will travel with Thomson
once again we have spent a month at the tropicana jasmine, fantastic. friendly staff, like a second family.waleed and the boys in the restaurant cant do enough for you very polite and attentive to your every need. thanks go to mr atwa for going out of his way to make our fifth visit very special.had some great meals in the mama mia italian we really recomend a visit .the rooms are spotlessly clean, the room boys do a fantastic job.
All was good apart from the poor quality of drinks and early closing time at the bar
