Air Con not working and place very grubby

The room was pokey, the towels grubby, bathroom toilet cistern cracked as was the seat. Shower screen cracked. The door fell off the fridge. The table fell off the wall. It was a nightmare. The Air conditioning did not work and it was 40 degrees. The staff were not helpful, and did not offer another room. The bar guys hang around the girls and are very pushy. The surrounding area is so noisy with loud music going on until 4 am. I would never return.

The staff at Green Park apartments really made our holiday. They were all so friendly and welcoming. Apartments were quite small and basic but clean. Pool area and bar was always clean and well kept. Evening entertainment kept both adults and children amused. We particularly enjoyed the Turkish Night and recommend the Turkish bath at Green Park. Although we were a little way out of the centre of Marmaris and the beach this was easily accessed by local transport and taxi fares were cheap. There were so many places to eat and shop around Green Park that we did not stray far very often. We took the boat trip to Dalyan's Turtle beach and mud baths. This was an excellent day out. The kids enjoyed the water park on Marmaris's beach front as well. We also used public transport to get to Icmiler beach and market. Again, a great day out. I would definitiely recommend Marmaris to families, it has something for everybody and the weather was amazing. A big thanks to all staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Looking forward to going back next year!

Everything about the holiday was brilliant except the transfer from Dalaman to resort. We were put on our coach then left to wait for 1hr 30mins in the blazing sun with no info as to why until someone asked. 3 people didn't turn up for the coach. Surely this service could be improved on.

we stayed at green park apartments and had a very pleasent 10 day stay, all the staff were very helpful and very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasent as possible, as soon as we arrived we were greated and our cases were taken up to our room. the food was very good and very tasty. we were a 15 minute walk from the beach and within easy reach of all the restauraunts, bars and shops. would reccomend to friends and would definatly go back again.
