when we got off the coach at our resort it was nearly 11pm we had 2 kids,a buggy,4 suitcases,cooler box and a travel cot but we were informed the coach did not go up the steep hill to our accomodation [this only applied to thomson coaches we later found out] our only saving grace was a gentleman from our coach who also got off helping us up the hill.we checked into our appartment only to find a very small bedroom with a ceiling fan as air con.the living room was a small square and the bathroom measured about 4mx2m.the balcony was a decent size and we faced out onto the street which was quite nice.my mrs went downstairs to see if there was a possibility of a bigger apartment she was shown 2.one faced out to the bins and the other was 5 floors up which was just no good with 2 kids.they also offered a 2 bed but they wanted an extra 140 euro for this we found them quite unhelpful in this instance.so we just stayed put.the pool is very small for the size of the accomodation and only 44 people are allowed round it at any one time also lilos are not allowed.that said we found the appartments very clean, we didnt try the food although there was a pleasant smell coming from the restaurant every evening.the entertainment wasnt up to much as the bar is in the lobby beside the reception, there is no seperate room which we found odd in such a large place.we have said if we were to go back we might give it a second chance on our own.to take the kids back we would definitely get a 2 bed.the kids did enjoy the pool esp the wee one as the baby pool was ideal for him.the place was nice but a few too many downsides which need to be addressed as they are important to the overall holiday.we have been to tenerife many times and will be returning again soon,we might even try here again.

the hotel/appartments are located on a hill so you get a fantastic view. it's clean and friendly but deffinatly more for the older generation. its very quiet and alot of the appatments are privately owned and they DONT like loud groups especially at 3-6 in the morning (Oop's) we are deffinatly going back next year. its a 2min walk down hill to the harbour and beach, just beware of time share sellers that tend to hassle you. but the locals are very friendly. there is a great beach path that goes from los cristianos through americas and beyond. it's beautiful. you are only a short walk along this path to night life, flirtz, linicas, met's etc. if you want a great sat night out and you are 30-45 yrs go to divine soul in americas. you wont regreat it!! A+++++ great place.
