Spent a two week family holiday in the Sensatori resort with my husband and two children aged 13 and 11. The hotel staff are wonderful and friendly and really cant do enough for you. The resort is clean and the beach beautiful (seaweed is cleaned up daily), though it is a bit of a disappointment that you can rarely swim due to currents. The food at the Sensatori is really very good and the Mexican restaurant and Zavaz are fantastic. Our room was in a perfect place, in front of the pool and next to the beach, perfect. My only issue with the whole holiday was the flights.... nightmare. We paid and additional £1000 for premium class and it really wasnt worth it, the WC was broken on the way there and we were delayed in Manchester for more than an hour, and my TV was broken on the way back so I couldnt watch any of the films or TV programmes that I had paid for. The staff were unpleasant, complacent and self absorbed and DID NOT provide the service I would have expected. My 11 year old was offered 1 drink in 9 hours, ridiculous. Certainly I could recommend this hotel but DO NOT FLY LONG HAUL WITH THOMSONS - we will not be doing it again. I have complained but have had no reply.
