The accomdation was of a good standard in a very nice suroundings. There was reasonable night time entertainment. Very friendly and efficent staff. They were let down by the rather plain food. The problem we had was at eat midlands airport when we were riped off for parking.Having pre paid for the weeks parking I checked where to park with them the day before departure and followed the Parking offices directions only to find that they had sent us to the wrong car park and we were charged a further £45.00 to get the car back. I will not be useing East Midlands again

To retain a position within the top six hotels in Paphos suggest all must be well with this complex and it certainly is one of the better ones I have stayed in. You would need to look realy hard to find any major issues to criticize. Given that we did not antisipate spending our days here we booked the least expensive of the accomodation and it was fine. However, if your on a family holiday perhaps a room up-grade might suit you better. One person worth a special mention was the Thomson resort rep, Vicky Louise (from somewhere near Dudly), what a superb example of what the job is all about. Well done. Overall, I have to say Thomsons did a good job on this trip and the new aircraft allows a little more leg room which made a big difference.

We have been to Paphos many times these Apartments were spacious and clean but the kitchen was very very small even for 2 people with not enough cupboard space no instruction how to work difficult cooker. The staff were surly and at times not very helpful. The maid service was excellent and helpful. There was no rep on the coach for information, and when we met our Rep with a problem about our luggage and information, the reply was see the staff at Airport. We did not see him again. We went to Fat Mumas where we have been before its excellent had no problem in getting in. Also another nearby place we found very very good value and service and great food was Tea for Two highly recommend it. Found at the Apartments that we were the only two people around the pool, very unnerving so quiet, never known a place be so deserted. Go there agin i dont think so.

A great relaxing holiday at Apt Kefaloitis ,value for money. Good position for amenity.Party time at FAT momas.Good food at Farm Taverna.Bus serevice Excellent 1E trip or 2E all day.Things to do, places to go. Coral beach Lovely. we will return
