This complex is one of the best I have stayed in, clean tidy exhalant grounds staff friendly and helpful. The entertainment was second to none during the day and night time was very professional. The only fly in the ointment is the food, all cooked very well but the same nearly every night and during the day, you will not go hungry but it will get boring. Having said that if there was a guarantee the menu had improved I would go again

excellent holiday, could not fault the cleanliness spotless thoughout the entire complex. Excellent polite friendly staff and really good facilities, the only thing that lets this fantastic complex it the beach and location. Its at the end of a long road with nothing you can walk to outside the complex, having said that he bus runs every 15 mins and its only about a 20 min journey into fethiye itsself. The beach was a let down to us, not a child friendly beach its very pebbley and you cannot accsess the water easily, they have built a huge jetty that allows easier accsess with steps coming from it into the water. a little walk along the beach and We found rubbish broken glass ect. But if your looking for a fun filled or relaxing time this is your place. they cater for both. We had a fantastic holiday and would deffienetly go back. Not sure a zoo should be advertised though, it consists of rabbits and guinea pigs which are kept in shabby cages/runs.

very clean ,staff very good, beach covered in rocks, disco too loud goes on till 2. 30, ideal for families, no free bus too town, food wasnt very hot, trips out good value

We have just returned from Tuana Park after having the most wonderful time. Our flights with Thomson were great. We arrived at this beautiful location and were immediately upgraded to a family room which was a very pleasant suprise. Very professional and helpful reception staff. We were located in Park One which is a couple of miNutes walk to the main hub of the Park, wherever located you are never too far away from anything. Rooms are great and kept very clean by the extremely hard working maids. The Park grounds are beautiful and the gardeners work all day keeping everything looking immaculate. The food was fantastic and very healthy. It was so nice to not see a 'good old english fry up'. It was our first experience of All Inclusive and we were impressed. The dining experience was always a good one morning, noon and night. The main pool complex was fantastic and I am not usually a fan of lying by a pool all day. Our little girl spent nearly so much time in the childrens pool and made many friends splashing around and whizzing down the slide. The beach is lovely with a great pontoon with fantastic views of sunsets. 'THE MINI CLUB' Our daughter had a brilliant time at mini-club and we must say a big thankyou to MISS KATIE who took our daughter under her wing, the mini club put on a show one evening and it was brilliant. The activities are great fun for the kids. Only minor gripes are that maybe a signing in and out list should be kept to be signed by parents and also the other staff need to be told of what is going on by the leader in charge. Having said that AYGA, DASHA, JULIA, ALI CAN and KATIE will do their best to make sure your kids have fab time. ANIMATORS The Animation Team are Brilliant, they work very hard to make sure you have a wonderful holiday and they become your friends. ZEFERINHO, COMPELLA, MEHMUT, GOKHAN, YASIN, PACHA, ZHENYA, ANNA, SVITLANA, SASHA and the rest You all made our holiday GREAT Turkish bath at the spa great Dalyan River trip brilliant Truck Safari brilliant Sunsplash Cruise brilliant We made good friends and had a brilliant holiday I have already recommended to many and hope to go again Have a great summer all staff THANKYOU BYE BYE CAIO CAIO.........
