Had a lovely stay at the Anassa hotel owners and staff were very friendly and gave a very good service. Hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much for the staff in helping to have a good holiday. Food was good at he Anassa but me and the wife like to try out the local restaurants all of whom gave good food and service. The lovely beach was right on the door step but feeling lazy spent much of the time arround the pool. Will be back next year.

Could not fault this hotel or staff. I was however embarrassed on arrival, as Thomson had not notified the hotel of the bed and breakfast upgrade which I had paid £112 for approx 10 months before we travelled. The owner apologised when I showed her my receipt and paperwork, but I felt awfull about it and so we didnt like to go for breakfast everyday, even though I had paid for it. But besides this we had a fantastic holiday. Excellent location and lovely staff and very clean.
