We came here on a late deal, August Bank holiday weekend with, two children, 9 and 5 and my parents. I would recommend this villa to all, young and old alike.

The location was brilliant, far enough away from the heart of the town but near enough to walk to shopsbars and restaurants. Very secluded, although in a residential area, whilst we were there it was always very quite during the day and night.

The villa its self, was perfect, plenty of room, fully fitted kitchen with freezer, fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, there was even a washing machine. The bedrooms upstairs opened onto a balcony area with sunbeds and the view of the sea was fantastic.

The pool area with its bbq and dining table was great. So much so, we felt that we didnt need to venture far, however, if you wanted to the shopsbars and restaurants were all within 5-10 mins away. The villa was spotlessly clean and whilst we were there (one week) clean linentowels were left, the pool was cleaned twice and the grass cut. Fantastic!

Not far from the waterpark and would encourage a visit, we went on our last day, as we had to be out of our villa by 10, and it was a great way to pass the time.

The resort is brilliant for families with young children up to the age of about 12, not sure if my 16 year old would have found much to do!

It took us a while to find the beach which is a good 20-25 minute walk away, we went by land train, which you can pick up and drop off at any stop, costs about £3. It is walkable if you dont mind the trek. Very busy as there are only two proper beach areas in the resort. If you like the beach then this may not be the place to go, most holidaymakers tend to spend their time around their villaapartmentshotel during the day.

Took the bus into Citadella for the market which cost us about 70p fantastic value, market not massive, but worth a visit, the city is really beautiful, the harbour with all its restaurants a must to visit.

If you want to go further afield i would suggest hiring a car, we had one which came with the villa, road system good, straight (more or less) from the airport, and the main road runs the length of the island with all other roads leading off, really quite simple..

All in all had a fantastic time and would definately go again!
