I stayed with my girlfriend for two weeks, and i was apprehensive about the food before coming, and also as I'm normally holidaying in Ibiza with the lads i was concerned i wouldn't have much fun. However i need not have worried as the hotel was immaculate and the service fantastic, food was generally ok and we did eat out twice, i would highly recommend the Thai restaurant in soho square. The entertainment in the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, this would be my only black mark against the hotel. We will probably go somewhere different next year but in 2012 i would definitely consider returning to this hotel.
the resort was brill every thing you needed the egyptian people were very nice every where we went . the hotel sierra was well equipt with 3 pools nice and clean although it was very hot i would definatly go back again in the future probably in nov or feb when not quite so hot but comfortable .the food was good .we went down to the beach and the fish are amazing and the coral . i know the resort is purposly built for tourists but its perfect .
Im 19 and my partner is 23 we both Loved every minute of this holiday, weather was so hot everyday The Sierra hotel was beautiful, food was lovely a variety and theme every night, entertainment and animation people was very good and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Id definitly go back did not want to come home. The only thing i will say is your guarenteed to suffer with a bad stomach lucky for me and my partner it only lasted a couple of days and the near by pharmacy provided us with tablets to shift it. Beach located 5mins away and was beautiful, if you like snorkling i advise you to hire some snorkels and take a look at the amazing fish the local beach has to offer. Nightlife was great, we ate out at a restaurant called Hotrocks situated in the Savoy hotel where Sierra guests are offered a 50% discount i strongly reccommend this hotel it was lovely, experience cooking your own steak on a hot granite rock while you sit at your table. The sierra hotel had a mixture of guests mainly couples and a few familys with children. we stayed for 2 weeks and done 2 excursion one with Thompson (Ultimate Desert Experience) and one booked with the local excursions people around our pool (Boat trip to Tiran Island with snorkling or diving) both highly reccommended. Excellent holiday would definitly go back.
Fantastic stay here. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms cleaned, fresh towels and two fresh bottles of water in your fridge every day. Food good, and always plenty to choose from. Overall had a fantastic time and we will be back again next year.
