The resort itself is quiet, which is what we wanted. St Catherine?s monastery is a must. We did however go to Cairo. It was a 5 hour journey long old day but worthwhile. The staff at this hotel for us made our holiday. The boys were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We have kept in touch with them and are going back again this year. Genuine people.

Nicely laid out hotel, not too big or small. Good size rooms, really friendly and attentive staff and good food. Nice pool but heating in the winter would help. Short shuttle ride to attractive Albatross Beach with warm water over sandy bottom and good snorkelling within a few flipper flaps of the shore. Recommended. Friend we met is going back in April. Interesting evening entertainment most nights. Don't miss boat trip to Ras Mohammed (great snorkelling) and day trip to St Catherine's Monastery.
