This hotel is a gem of the 5 star hotels the food is a gastronomic explosion of quality and variety all the resteraunts have exceptional quality the gala dinner is worth the extra if you book early as it is very popular. The rooms are spacious and well equipped air con English tv bathroom toiletries and lovely hot water all the time for that bubble bath or power shower. The sea view rooms are a delight with picturesque views. The public areas pool etc have wifi and the staff are very accommodating it is their priority that you have a great holiday Thomson did well to find this hotel and it certainly deserves its star quality

A gem of an island. Unspoilt with low rise developments and the best sandy beaches in the whole of the canary islands. Very friendly people. The Bahia Real Atlantis hotel is quite simply superb. A true luxury hotel in a great position right on the beach. Understated elegance with very personal service. We will most certainly be returning.

So why only three stars. The swimming pool area has rules regarding the use of the three swimming pools. One little girl and four little boys dominated this pool area breaking all the rules and screaming for all their worth during our stay, spoiling the peace of about 60 other people. We complained to reception who were not at all receptive and would not visit the pool area to see this, we spoke to the parents, again they did not seem to be able to control this. We were told that there were 14 children in the hotel with a further 200 guests, of the remaining children there was not a problem and it was nice to see them playing and behaving the restaurants.
