The hotel is well appointed with two pools; one is massive and is where all the daytime fun and activities are housed. The second one is more for relaxing. Both offer great shade from the sun with sunbeds under their own sun shades. Bars are just a step away, however, there is waiter service at each of the sun beds and they are very attentive. Food is of an excellent standard with two main restaurants offering buffet style dining. Every taste is accounted for and each night their is a themed dish. The Thomson rep was on hand most days and easily accessible. As he was an Egyptian himself his knowledge of the area was superb with information on where to go and what to see. I have to say that from the moment of checking in at London Gatwick to the moment I got back from my holiday I could not fault Thomson at all. Everything went seamlessly, and I would definately book with them again. Well done Thomson on a fantastic holiday - thank you!

I loved this hotel! Room was spacious and atmospheric. The hotel's grounds are beautiful. Having been to Taba, Taba Heights and Sharm - I'd pick this resort over them all! The access to house reefs along the beach is amazing! Best I've been to. I found the food fab - plenty of variety and options of fresh pizzas at the pool and a small snack bar on the beach. Free ice cream all day! It's a little stroll to access the beach, which is fine if you're able-bodied! Staff are friendly...but TOO friendly if you're female and worse if you're female and blonde! This is my only complaint and it did really become a nuisance, so a little distance is good as is making out you're married! The men tend to leave women alone then. The pools are lovely. Beach is lovely and sandy and reefs are only approx 50-100 yards from shore so sea is accessible to swimmers/lilo lyers etc! Not a lot to view on the horizon but that's ok bec underwater life is incredible! I loved this hotel and it would highly recommend it. There's a supermarket and some shops on site. There is a bus that goes into Hurghada - approx 25 mins if you want more variety of shops.
