i took my boyfriend here for his surprise birthday prezzie and he hasn't stopped talking about it yet, what a fantastic hotel, friendly very helpful staff and the place was very clean at all times. we where given a drink upon arrival and treated like royalty throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. we would definately return here and would strongly recommend it to others. we did stroll into nearby hotels just to check them out and where delighted with our choice as it proved to be the best by far. the hotel food was ok but please please do not eat outside of your hotel as the food does not appeal to a u k pallet!!!
fantastic hotel, excellent staff, would def go back!! Only one issue, we noticed 900 egyption pounds and £40 cash was missing from our room, it was never found and I think staff thought we were lying, a few days later my iPhone had vanished too! I never took this phone out of my room and again it was never found, the holiday was amazing and so was the hotel and we will return just this time we will be a little less trusting on leaving valuables out. Don't let u put you off just be careful, 9/10 thanks
We have been to various other hotel in Sharm 13 times. all inclusive. This time we went bed and breakfast to Renaissance golden view on my sons recommendation.the hotel is wonderful with attentive but discreet staff, housekeeping, recreation, waiting bar and restaurant all top class.Hotel guest relations checking all is well.since returning home i have worked out that i have saved money after paying my bill for food and drink We will be returning to the Renaissance very soon 5 out of 5
Rooms 8315 8317Had a great time. All Staff (SAAD and his staff) Excellent. Ramaden ( Lobby Bar) Excellent Food at Acapolco Joes excellent and Staff. Rep Rami very helpful. Everybody was so friendly that it made our holiday. Pools were lovely and very clean. Our cleaner Mustapha was great and very efficient. Everything from the start of our holiday to the end was perfect. Such friendly and lovely staff. Could not find a fault. Breakfast was great - such a selection of food.Buffets at Coast were lovely. All had massages. pedicures and hair cuts. Would definitely go to this hotel again. If I was on the board of the Marriot Hotels I would be proud to think that the hotel was being run so well. Loved the golf buggies ( what a good idea).
