we have just returned from egypt last night 27th march this was our second visit to this hotel and yet again we had a fantastic holiday abdula the pool attendant kept us entertained during the time we spent round the pool, the bar pool guy was so nice and helpful bringing us drinks all day,the housekeeping staff were so plesant and polite our room was cleaned everyday, clean towels could not fault this hotel at all there was a variety of food to choose from at meal times and the chef was so helpful if you requested something that was not on the menu he would make it for you.overall i would recommend this hotel to anyone we enjoyed our visit and we will be returning in september this year, however the bars did close at 11pm which could be extended and the evening entertainment could consider a disco night and more shows but we loved every bit of our holiday

Booked last minute and got a good deal. Hotel was in a ideal location 15 minute walk to Nama. Bay along the promenade where there are loads of restaurants, shops and entertainment. Hotel has 3 pools with bars which open daily for snacks and beverages. Clean towels to use for the pool daily. Restaurants were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Bringing you drinks without the need to ask. Great selection of food something to suit everyone. Entertainment needs an overall as this was the worse part of the holiday. If you take a pack of cards you can survive.

This holiday was terrific from day one through to our reluctant return to UK. The hotel was much better than the 3 stars suggested. Matt the rep was on hand to explain everything at the welcome meeting. Great rep - not pushy re excursions but honest encouraging. The staff were very welcoming hospitable throughout our stay. Well mannered with clean uniforms all round ready GENUINE smiles. English hotels could learn a lot from these guys! We used the main restaurant which was very clean and offered a large choice of beautifully displayed food. Something for everyone with more besides. The hotel provided a wonderful special evening on Christmas eve with the chefs excelling themselves - very clever carved fruit and vegetables decorated the displays. We tended to be looked after by one waiter Basem. He was friendly and attentive even making my daughter a rose from a paper serviette. The unheated pools were too cold during the month of December but the sun shone well. The pool staff, in particular Shaheta, willingly served snacks + drinks upon request. Our hotel rooms were well above 3 star standard. They were kept scrupulously clean daily by cleaners Mahmoud and Ramy who left very cleverly folded towels one day a swan, another an alligator etc etc. A very nice walk in shower/wet room made showering a real pleasure. On Christmas day a traditionally dressed Father Christmas visited the pool areas. Everyone received a red velvet stocking with a few treats in it. A nice generous touch from staff in a country that doesn't culturally celebrate Christmas themselves. My husband Patrick and daughter Olivia took a PADI five day Open Water scuba course and can HIGHLY recommend Elite Divers. They are a British company. All instructors first language is English (and Welsh)!. We booked before we travelled, were able to pay by bank transfer in UK so we didn't deplete the holiday spending resources! Alum and Moira who run the company can be contacted by internet - just Google Elite Divers Sharm el Sheikh. The only thing that could possibly have improved the holiday would be if the hotel were to be beachside. There is a bit of a walk to the beaches that hotel residents can use free. However the cost of the holiday would surely rise if the hotel were beachfront. To be honest the walks helped us undo some of the effects of over eating! So, a great hotel well run by great staff and ensuring a great time is had by all! We are hoping the coffers will stretch to a return visit

The animation team in the hotel are fab! They take you out to clubs and bars at night and make sure you get back to the hotel safely which is reassuring especially as we were two young girls on holiday together. The hotel is friendly however the food really lets the standards of the hotel as it is very repetitive lunch and dinner. We also struggled to have drinks served in the second week we were there as the restaurant was busy and tippers are prioritised it seams. There was also rumours that left over drinks were topped up and reused although i havent seen this myself.. The italian restaurant is lovely and makes a nice change. Id deffinately recommend going. Regarding trips i went on the quads which were a briliant experience however a friend we made there fell off and cut down her calf burnt her leg and cannot go in the sunshine or the pool. Overall the hotel was in an excellent location and id deffo recommend going on the thomsons friday feeling to experience a fantastic night out.
