This was our 3rd visit to dominican, this hotel is just ok its to big and you dont get the personal touch, if you have already booked dont worry you will have a good time, but i wont be returning to this hotel.

Enjoyed the weeks holiday from start to finish. The resort and hotel aparts were 1st class, the food and choices in all the restaurants was excellent especially the buffets.

Some of the gourmet restaurants were better than others ie Don Pablo.

The only thing that was lacking the evenings were a little flat !! But didn't realy try hard to change that. Could have gone down to the main centre.

Beach Fantastic , Weather was really hot , one A LA Carte was outstanding out of 7 and that was the Italian by the diamond pool. But I am afraid that was all we enjoyed. We did not choose this hotel and ended up there in error, we really wanted somewhere with extensive facilities for our teenagers and this was not catered for, local alcoholic drinks were substandard and cheap , food and service was terrible as this hotel was part of 4 in a complex and there was over 6000 guests , so I guess that to say it was busy is an understatement and I am sure that is why our experience was very poor. Hotel very grand but is a 3 Star plus, good on site Rep call Vinny who will always help as much as he can. We are all glad were home. Would go back to Dominican again just not hotel.

had 2 week break here hotel amazing plenty going on .went on dominican flavours trip worth every penny also went to ocean world trip was too short didnt have time to see all atractions after swimming with dolpins and sea loins . see frank when booking he is a brilliant guy and fun. the only down side to the trip was the thompson rep. was money mad selling moscito repelent as soon as we got bags on floor even thow never seen mozzi in two weeks stay, and welcome meeting felt like hard sell. rushing poeple into booking trips before you had chance to look around the complex i would advise any one going there steer away from thompson rep called mike and see other reps within complex . they looked after me better than our rep be warned. other than that nice holiday over all people are great get your self out and about if you can .
