The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull. Restaurant Don Giovanni had a high standard of food and service was excellent. Restaurant Isla de Lobos had a high standard of food but service from the staff was appalling. My wife and I were ignored and made to feel very uncomfortable. The hotel was very concerned and presented us with a bottle of champagne as an appology, which we appreciated, but would not return to the restaurant again under the same management.
The most fantastic holiday at this beautiful 5star luxury resort hotel. Wonderful garden location ,stunning decor,fabulous food,friendly courteous staff and very peaceful. Lovely having a spotlessly clean golden sand beach on the doorstep with very good lunch snack bar under parosols. Couldn't get over how clean & tidy Playa Blanca is. A very well organised holiday in all respects with Thomson a la carte and topped off by being given a room upgrade to an apartment with a sea view on arrival. We thoroughly recomend this superb hotel and using Thomson a la carte with whom we have always received great results.
