Just returned from possibly one of the best holidays I have ever had!!!!! Hotel was fantastic, very clean and all the staff were very polite and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Hotel was in a great location and very well situated for both Palma Nova and Magaluf. Excellent choice of food both for breakfast and evening meal. Rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning and fridge. Very spacious with nice balcony over looking the pool. And what can I say about the entertainment??? Well, where do I start..... Brilliant for both kids and adults alike. Massive shout out to Andy and Natalie for keeping us so entertained. I have never ever known any one to work so hard and enjoy their jobs so much. We were still doing Big Fish, Little Fish at the airport on the way home. Cabaret acts every night and we loved the 80s and Pirate Nights! Would also highly recommend Golf Fantasia.. a 54 hole crazy golf course which took us 5 hours to get round. Western Water Park and Marineland also worth a visit! Would definately recommend this hotel and Palma Nova for a great holiday for both young and old!

The hotel Torrenova was in a fantastic place, beautiful Rooms, Lots of things to do... The entertainment was wonderful, Andy 'Andy Pandy' and Natalie 'Nutty Nat' Made us very welcome and put on wonderful shows for us, The spoke to us and got everyone involved including the adults. They put on daytime games such as water polo, and ball throwing... The even did a pirate day, in this they did a scavenger hunt, The family club was a real help as it was 'rough' round the pubs and 'the Strip' and the bar staff were very friendly and reasonably priced. Thanks once again to Andy, Nat and everyone who made us very, very welcome...

my wife and i have just returned from a great holiday in palma nova,(marina torrenova).we supprised our son and his wife and our two grandsons by booking the room next to them.the food and entertainment was of a very high standard,the room and all public areas again were spotless.the kids clubs were great,while we were there my wife and myself got a 24hr bug,but this could have arisen from any number of reasons.all in all we had a great time,regards to "awsome"andy and all the entertainment team,who worked non stop to keep us all entertained.

We have just got back from a weeks stay in this hotel and we absolutely had a fantastic time. We have no complaints and the staff bent over backwards to help us. My daughter had a small accident in the dining room with a knife and the staff were on hand straight away. The hotel manager sat with her on her knee while the doctor looked after her and she could not have done any more. The reps worked really hard entertaining the chldren every day and night and work very hard. "nutty natalie" and "andy pandy" were especailly good with kids and adults alike and the girls who looked after the children in Tots were equally as hard working. The evening entertaininment laid on for the adults was good too, the comedian was very funny. The hotel was very clean everywhere you looked there was a cleaner! The food was good always something to please almost everyone and my children are quite fussy. All in all we had a great time and would definately return here again maybe later in the year - in fact myself and my daughter did not want to leave!! oh and as for the "bug" it didn't affect any of us and i only heard of it by chance after hand gel was placed at the entrance to the dining room as a precautionary measure - by all accounts the bug was island wide so cannot be blamed on this hotel! 10/10 from us!!

Well i dont know were to start realy it was a fantastic holiday the hotel that stayed in was very clean and the people there were nice the shows on the night were amazing lots of activitities there the best one there i reckon is Marinaland with all the animals the dolphin show was brilliant and the seal show Had a very fantastic holiday but its a shame to have to come home but atleast had a good time
