We actually returned home from this holiday 3 days early as there was a sickness and diahorrea bug sweeping the hotel and people were becoming really ill (we got it as soon as we arrived home). As for its location I am not sure who measured the distance to the sea but it seemed a lot further than 200mtrs unless you are spiderman and can absail down!! the hill its situated on is massive and having a disabled member of our party meant that we were unable to leave the hotel as often as we would have liked. That said the food was nice but the entertainment was poor plenty from the reps for the kids but nothing substantial which is a shame as I have stayed in other superfamily hotels and they actually pay for outside entertainment most evenings to come in. I would not say this could be classed as a 4 star but the staff are all pleasant and try really hard and the drinks are really expensive in the bar!!

The worse holiday ever. We've asked for disabled friendly hotel and we got hotel on the HILL and floor so slippery that healthy people had problem to walk. My 2 year old was so excited about evening disco but it was always 10 min late and was for only around 20 min with 3 max 4 songs. Thomson the dog came out 3 times for disco during 7 days. Lots of old noisy spanish people and activities for them. Food all the time the same, tasted horrible - last day was better because old people left so they've started to serve better food. Thomson team was nice in first day then very moody and unfriendly. Hotel staff very nice and polite. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

As a family holiday this hotel was fantastic re booking it was that good. kids clubs etc was brill couldnt keep my son out of them, staff were great in everyway, even when my 5 year old decided to throw up all over room due to a bug. Beaches are beautiful, plenty of excursions going on if you want to go on them. Really is a fantastic family holiday place, you will go back once youve been once.

We asked for somewhere with something going on but not to noisy, no hills as my hubby and i are disabled and we wanted palma nova..this is what we got, on a very steep hill regardless of people saying its not bad it is ! Elderly, tots and disabled dnt stand a chance, we had to have taxis as we were in magaluff !! The hotel its self was spotless and the staff very freindly apart from 1 woman who i think would rather be sunbathing , seemed you were putting her out if you approached her ! Anyhow rooms were cleaned daily . The food although repetetive there was alot of choice and even fussy eaters should have found something to eat, we asked for a low level room, we got the 3rd floor, although it was nice and we had a pool view which was fab. THE PROBLEM WAS THE DREADFUL NOISE, THERE WERE ELDERLY AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE HOTEL AND ALTHOUGH YES YOU COULD SAY WELL THEY ARE ON THIER HOLIDAY it drove us mad after3 days i was wishing my holiday away, we were exhausted, we had kids running round the pool sometimes uptill nearly 2am, while the parents were sat drinking and they would have screaming sessions,,,,we never heard the kids being told to be quiet,,,,when they would be going bk to the rooms kids were running up and down knocking on doors and yelling and shouting, my hubby had to go out to them but more shocking was the fact they were with their parents! Surely they should have been controlling the kids! So of course then at breakfast you had tired winging, screaming kids cos they were tired, we just couldnt get away from it...kids are kids and they are noisy but it was beyond a joke, we mentioned to the very unhelpful nicole but nothing was done!. i wouldnt go back to the hotel not because it was dirty or anything, just the fact we were driven mad, it was like being in a school playground surrounded by 100's of kids just standing there screaming!

Booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised. However, I did that the Thompson 4t classification was a bit misleading as this is defiantly a 3 star hotel. The resort itself was starting to shut up shop, which meant not a lot was open but we still had a great time. The best attribute was the entertainment team and the super friendly hotel staff. Greg and Lisa were very talented and all round good fun.
