Me, my sister and her 3 children stayed at the Cleo hotel for a week. The hotel is rated 2*/3* which is what you get. The hotel was small, and cleanliness could be improved. However the staff are absolutely fantastic, always friendly and willing to help. They always made an effort with the children and generally with all their guests. There was entertainment provided by Alex and Hamada - aerobics etc during the day in the pool and dancing, singing, bingo etc during the evening. This hotel is perfect for people that want some good entertainment, and a warm reception. We felt like we were a part of the hotel which was great. The children managed to learn names of most of the people working there and so did we as they all were fantastic! I have read some of the reviews and I really am surprised. The customer service at Cleo is fab! It could just do with a renovation and air freshners!! However our experience was a good one as we were made to feel welcome and always had help at hand! :) Egypt itself is a great place to visit. We also booked the excursion to Cairo, and the pyramids are a must see experience, trult breathtaking! Nama Bay is great for shopping and be prepared to haggle!! There is also lots of eating out places and sheesha places to enjoy! Would definately go back again.

Came back from there. Do not recomend to anyone. Hotel is very dirty, food horrible. I am very happy that we did not take all inclusive there. Had only B&B and was sick of having same stuff every morning from day before. Loud techno music till very late, you cant sleep! Please dont go there. This hotel does not deserve even one star in my opinion.
