Being on a golfing holiday the hotel met our needs with its close proximity to two very good golf courses. A very large hotel very clean with excellent staff. The hotel is very conviently sited close to the airport (very little noise. Large outdoor pool area and direct access to the beach. It is not recomended for those who wish to take a stroll after evening meal and visit local bars or shops. There is nothing there. Food was OK - something to suit everybody but can be repetative. Entertainment - the local animation team do a reasonable job to keep you and the children entertained. Be very mindful of the location of this hotel before booking.

Excellent hotel, by far the best in Tunisia. Immaculate, comfortable and modern rooms. Food choices are fantastic. Staff cannot do enough for you, and make you feel very welcome. Visiting again with the children in July, can't wait!!

Hotel Thallassa is a newish hotel with decent enough rooms and large outdoor pools, unfortunaately not warm enough to try during our stay. But The indoor pool is tiny, the Gym comprised a few broken machines, and in the a la carte restaurant we were told that the only available tunisian dish (Coucous0 Was OFF!!!!
We went on the Sahara Discovery trip - overnight stay in a hotel in Douz, 1100km on a coach - Lots of excellent things to see, but the legroom on the coach was miniscule, admittedly i am 6-4 tall, but so are lots of people, and it was literaly impossible for me to get both my knees behind the seat in front.
If you want a cheap introduction to North Africa, and are happy to accept moderate standards, this hotel is fine, but dont imagine you are going to get Five Star treatment.

Hotel was out of this world, I have stayed at many hotels in Tunisia but this has to be the best by far.
Ideal for couples and families lovely beach, has its own dive centre instructor speaks perfect English and most qualified in Tunisia.
All staff very helpful, home from home food is excellent with massive variety and even English carvary.
Can?t wait to go back, many film stars stay at this hotel.

What a fantastic hotel, all staff very helpful, nothing was a problem.

Food was excellent, beach was immaculate with their own diving base and many water sports. Outside in the beach restaurant fresh fish including lobster was very reasonably priced. Overall very clean hotel one of the best I have visited in Tunisia ideal for a quiet holiday with plenty to do on the beach. Will be booking again.
