This is the fourth time we have stayed at this Hotel. The gardens are fantastic and always kept neat and tidy. Rooms good, they have little windows which are good as they keep the heat out of the rooms. What makes me return are the staff. Smiles, a warm welcome and politeness are the best yet. Down side - the entertainment. As like the other Hotels, they all do the same things, and only on a 7 days cycle. They have changed their entertainment agent, but they still seem to do the same things! They have been told about this. Former USSR states need a little getting used to, as they are not the most polite of people! But that is all over the place not just at this Hotel. Fantastic value for money. Will go again.

Just come back fom sonesta club after 11 night stay.First impressions were good, All the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

The rooms were of exellent size one of the biggest we have stayed in, the beds were massive but

the down side was they were very hard,the beds and towels were changed everyday a long with the room being cleaned by our lovely cleaner (burk) we called him. The hotel its self was very clean lovely gardens nice pools, 2 out side bars. The down side was when it was a bit cold at night there was no inside bar. In the resturant the food was not brilliant but we managed to find something we could eat at meal times. The location is good only 25e punds to namma bay in hotel taxi. overall i would give it 7/10
