It's a great resort. The staff are friendly efficient and willing. Lovely rooms in well kept gardens full of colour. All the swimming pools are well kept, plenty of comfortable loungers and sun shades. We particularly liked the adult only quiet pool. Just the sound of waterfalls. The beach area also good and heaven to snorkel. The restaurant variety very good, especially the main buffet restaurant with excellent choice at breakfast and a changing theme each evening.

We stayed for a week at the Hyatt Regency and found it a real tonic after cold, wet England. The hotel facilities are excellent, particularly its private beach leading straight onto a marvellous coral reef (the Middle Garden). We signed up for the PADI Open Water Diving course, run out of the diving school located within the grounds, which was well run. Our room was comfortable with a sea view. Service is excellent and there is a wide choice of pools as well as the beach. The food varies from simple cafe fare (e.g. at beach-side cafe) to first-class a la carte (e.g Cascades and Thai Restaurants). The main buffet restaurant varies its meals every day and again provides high-quality food. A Souk-style restaurant has entertainment and a unique self-service buffet which is popular with families. Weather and water both ideal in October - not too hot. Very good destination for all types of guest from families to couples. Highly recommended.

first holiday in egypt-heard all the stories about bad food ect from friends and booked hyatt after a recomendation-the hotel was excellent.good size rooms- cleaned spotless every day-lovley view of bay, fantastic breakfast and eve meals.none of us ( wife and 2 teenagers ) were ill and the 10 days we had at the hotel were some of the most relaxing i,ve ever had on holiday.this hotel does not do "all inclusive" so drinks ect can be exspensive but at least it keeps the russians, drunks and chavs away! wonderfull snorkleing on house reef-no sharks-great pools and gardens also there is a v good gym and spar.all the staff were very helpfull and friendly.Toptip-if your going to visit pyrimids-book local-much cheaper-we payed £125 with local tour comp- found on trip advisor- and we flew-air egypt-sharm to ciaro only 40mins-dont go by coach-it takes 6 hours! would recomend this hotel and would stay again.
