We had a fantastic break at the Iberotel Palace in Egypt, the hotel offers a five star service. The hotel staff are friendly and cannot do enough to please. The hotel is very clean and has a lovely beach and pool.The rooms are a good size and if you try and get one on the second floor the view of the beach is super. The food is excellent and you can get food on request if you cannot find something you like.
In line with most reviews we had a great time! The staff couldn't do enough to help and make sure they were doing all they could, especially when I thought I'd lost my mobile! We never had a problem getting beach sun beds and Mohammed was always there to help. We preferred the Blue Marine restaurant for evening meals, very attentive staff and a very pleasant ambience. We'd recommend the 'do not disturb' signs for the beach, it saves time all round! Thomsons really do need to inform guests about the dress code in advance for men, its no good blaming the hotel when they offer you a range of sizes of black trousers to change into! We witnessed a young couple who had just got engaged being put through a very awkward situation regarding long trousers! Thanks also go to Mohammed El Mosilly on reception for his professionalism.
Super clean hotel friendly contientious staff. Amazing weather location right on beach also only 10 minute drive from naama bay. Ciaro excursion a long day but worth while experience, would definelty reccommend this hotel, couples only so lots of peace!
Cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough this was our second visit in 8 months , we loved the 1st time but found the return visit even better were lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite but all rooms are lovely very clean.Food was good something for everyone especially enjoyed beach bar for lunch. Free boat from hotel beach to reef was good plenty of fish to see, will be returning in september cannot wait .
