We have just returned from Club Magic Life in Bodrum. After a late long flight and two transfer buses, we arrived at the Hotel. First impressions were good but when entering our room I felt disappointed to say this is a 4* Hotel the floors and bath was very dirty. When we saw the Rep later, I mentioned this, she told me to see guest relations, she didn't deal with things apart from any trips you wanted to book with her. We relied on other English guests (which there wasn't many of) to inform us on the goings on in the Hotel. They have what they call Mungo club for the 3-7yrs olds, but with very limited English my child found it impossible to make any friends. The staff were friendly but left my child to play on her own a lot of the time. One morning she was in the club and I always sat facing the door I saw her come out with the others and make her way to the beach so I followed when I got to them they didn't know she was with them. Its not very organised. We had to set are alarms for 6am to put towels on beds but you can leave them there all day and not use the beds as alot of people did. The food was good but it felt like a scrum to get it or a get a clean table, the waiters worked hard but could never catch up. If you have an active family who are old enough to do there own thing then i'm sure they will not be bored as there is some thing going on all day and night. The Turkish people are very friendly and helpfull, we shall return to Turkey.

Stayed for 8 days (which we think was a bit too long) Nice enough resort, but lacking in atmosphere, could be down to the fact that there were a lot of Germans there. The food was OK, could have been better despite the fact that they had so called 'Theme Nights' in the various food halls. The staff were not that helpful and catered more towards our German Holidaymakers, we also felt that they did not make a great attempt to learn English. The drinks that were available were not as nice as we hoped either. Regarding the excursions, very disappointed the market tour was not enjoyable at all, in fact if you are thinking of going on an excursion please don't book it through the Rep. The place is safe enough and you can find your way round easily enough. The tour guide could have spent more time talking to the group and was rushing through. The beach itself was not that nice to be on, but that was to be expected considering the size of the resort. If this resort caters for all types within Europe then it must look at training the hotel staff to be more polite and to speak English too. The Rep who came to the hotel was not that helpful or as informative either. Thankfully we enjoyed the actual hotel room (for obvious reasons) I would be very cautious about recommending this resort to others, mainly because it lacks warmth and the staff are not well trained.

What a terrific holiday we had. The hotel had every thing if you wanted fun and games the friendly and excellent entertainment team were there to get you to join in. If you wanted peace and quiet there was the quiet poolor the beach. At night there is an ampitheatre where there are numerous shows. After that you can retire to the main bar or the tranquil wine bar where Lily the wine expert will serve you. All the resturants are very good especially the Italian. The hotel staff are friendly and will do any thing for you. The rooms are large comfortable and clean. I only have one complaint we had to come home. If you do go say hello to everyone from us.

I stayed at Magic Life with my friend and her family and was so overwhelmed by how beautiful the place was and that was only the start of it. The shows which were put on for us were fantastic, they ranged from ballet to chinese circus! There was such a variety of food which was great! The rooms were spacious and the beds huge!!! Our apartments were spotless, not a spot of dirt in sight. All the staff at magic life were so cheery and outgoing which made our stay amazing! Can't wait to go back!!

The best place I have ever visited. The rooms were very spacious, the staff very friendly just about everything was perfect, the only complaint I did have is that we both put on too much weight due to eating too much of the gorgeous food, maybe that's why you had a queen size bed.Heaven is my closing comment, thank you Magic Life.
