Hotel very good.Flight good. East Midlands Airport was a total shambolic nightmare.Total chaos,and no organisation whatsoever.Joined check in queue at 0515 for 0735 departure. At 0710 we had not cleared the security/xray check. We were cleared through with our flight having been called.no time for a coffee or even to buy a newspaper .When I tried to find out why it was such a mess,I was told it was because so many flights were departing at the same time(good job air traffic control were more professional)and that we could have saved a few minutes if we paid £3 each for express .No more,just never again from EMA
Hotel excellent,could not fault it.we have been there ,four times and each year seems to get better.the staff are very helpful,reception great ,cannot do enough for you.ideally situated for the beach,wich is about 50metres away.all in all very happy with our stay.will defiantly be going back.p.s.food is great as well.
Great hotel amazing staff perfect location for old town and both beaches
