What a wonderfull place,we stayed here in sept 2010,our first visit,and it was far better,than the write up in the brochure.Staff excelent,food clennliness all aspects of our holiday were the best we have had in the last few years. Would love to return sometime.

The hotel was very good with a touch of luxury.

Location is excellent : beautiful spot, very quiet and secluded.

Nice service, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good selection of tasty food.

Big disappointment was Thomson attitude towards their clients:

our flight to Turkey was delayed by 5 hours!!! and Customer service (including their manager) refused to put us on an earlier Thomson flight unless we paid 70 pounds per head!!!

Few families with babies and toddlers were made to wait 5 hours even though there were spaces on the earlier flight! No one seemed to care!

Above the check-in desk it said YOUR HOLIDAY STARTS RIGHT HERE

" We're sorry to hear you were not happy with your Thomson experience. Unfortunately, delays do happen although we try our utmost to prevent these where possible. "

The hotel was beautiful,it was close to town and had a beautiful beach and the staff are all great and the night entertainment defiently helped get the rating to 5.
