we have been to this hotel 6 times including this year, but will not be going again. used to love it here and it was great for the kids as well, but they book a lot of german stag and hen does here now, drinking themselves to death, shouting, singing, taking over the place more or less. then there is the beech bar which used to belong to the hotel, but as been sold to some group which plays deafening music from around 11am till the early hours in the morning, when i say music that is an overstatement there are no words just the thumping of what must be something like a 1000 watt boom box which after a few hours really starts to get a bit much, it shakes the windows in the rooms. told reception but like i said they do not own it anymore so have no control over it and do not really seem to care. i think they really need to decide what type of holiday they want to sell.family or singles because the two just do not mix,but i am sure they will keep selling this holiday until people stop booking it, but when you have spent £2000 on a holiday you do not want to complain you just want the holiday type that you paid for. plus i no the usual response i will get (you have a choice the quieter hotel or the club) but when there are 4 of you 2 adults and 2 children the club is the only choice with rooms big enough to keep you all together.
Hello, me and my boyfreind stayed at this hotel in July. Comfort: It was fairly good! The beds were quite soft. And the chairs were an average balconie plastic chairs.Location: Brilliant! Everything you need is all around you. The hotel is pratically on the beach. There a few shops outside the hotel, though there is a bus stop right outside too, it will take you everywhere etc..San antonio, Waterpark, Airport, Ibiza town.Food: The food was execellent, though it was a little repetitive.Cleanliness: Good, room was cleaned everyday.Overall: It was a brilliant holiday. We're considering going again next year! The entertain was good, but was quite noisy, if you have any children i wouldn't reccomend it. There's a lot of youngsters coming in the early hours, sitting on the balcanies.Thankyou Thomson for a wonderful holiday!
My husband and I had the misfortune to have to spend a night in this so called hotel - thank goodness it was only the one!! We were taken there because Thomsons thought we may not be able to get to the airport from Formentera due to the Spanish General Strike last year. The room we were given was dark, damp and smelly, not very far from the beach bar that played very loud music all day and most of the night, a stark contrast from the quiet hotel where we had been staying. The only good thing about this hotel was the food, which was plentiful and quite good. I have written to Thomsons several times regarding this but have not, as yet, had the courtesy of a reply. I wonder if this review will appear on the website?????
