We booked this holiday at the last minute with very little choice available. Having booked, we then went to Trip Advisor and read very mixed reviews. Having had two bad holiday experiences in the last two years, we were nervous to say the least! We needn't have been. This Hotel is in an outstanding position, quiet location but with easy access to lovely Icmeler and lively Marmaris. It was perfect for us - we enjoy a stroll in the morning and evening. The hotel was immaculately clean, as was our room. The staff were friendly and helpful as you might expect in Turkey. On the minor negatives - I was slightly disappointed that there was not a good selection of fresh fruit or fish available at mealtimes, but my meat eating partner was in heaven! Drinks were limited in choice, and the mixers were of variable quality - the wine was drinkable, the beer was good. The music was too loud by the pool, but there were plenty of other sun bathing spots. I wouldn't bother with the 'a la carte' restaurants, they really weren't that good! We don't have children, but paying for ice cream would have been annoying. Overall, we had a great time and would certainly return to the area again. I am not sure we would pick all inclusive as I would like a wider range of drinks available and I do like to eat in a variety of restaurants throughout the holiday.

This Hotel was Excellent the service was spot on But the only thing that let this hotel down was the toilets by the Pool and Lobby as they stink, But everything else was Great. All the different restaurants and bars attached to the hotel were excellent.

Average and as such, should be priced accordingly. Food Salads were always good with choice and quality. Anything else seemed more like subsistence food. You can live on it but wish for better. The kitchen often ran out of things (i.e they didn't cook fast enough), lines of people developed when the staff couldn't keep pace with demand. The mitigating circumstance was that there were plenty of guests taking more than their fair share, when something did get put on the hot plates. More Turkish traditional food would be nice. Worlds slipperiest water mellon, you'll know what I mean if you go there. Try the fish, Italian and Turkish restaurants, which were better (tipped). A little more personal service by the staff would have gone a long way, serving drinks etc instead of joining a line would help with the waiting. The first dinning room where I haven't felt the need to tip. We stayed in the main building and the room allocated to us was better than expected. Excellent maid service (tipped) and with a shower that was possibly too powerful. Beach towels needed a 20 Euro/£ deposit, expensive but you get that back, so look after them. To be honest we didn't try a lot of the facilities. We just wanted to relax by the sea, which is where it all fell down a little. There is no beach to speak of so conditions next to the water were cramped. The hotel warns you there is no need to reserve the beds but you have to (and get up early to do so), otherwise you wont get one. Again, it's down to the guests, who reserve and sometimes don't show up. The position of the sun means that from about 4pm, most of the beds are in the shade. Beer, wine and soft drinks are available but if you fancy a gin and tonic or Brandy/coke, you wont be able to get it down at the waters edge. We didn't try the pool, which enjoys more sunshine, it just didn't look like a relaxing place to be. On the subject of alcohol, it was typical fully inclusive poor quality, all day long. But you expect that and I'm not really trying to criticise. Some good local boat trips, both reasonably priced and they do what they say they do. Try booking the Orca boat in Marmaris, it's a long day but you should enjoy it. The boat that's advertised within the hotel grounds is a cheaper and a shorter day, just cruises the local waters, but gets you out and about. Good points are the room/maid service, local trips and scenic views. Bad points are food and the cramped conditions by the sea.
